Review Time
I have previously wrote a poor review. Now having eventually spoke to a representative to try and obtain information. I received a letter saying I there would be a charge for the information I requested. I signed up to a Co-op pension many years ago, not some two bit company looking to make a profit out of my retirement. Foolishly I thought retiring with a pension with a respected company (co-op) would be simple and safe how wrong I was. Now getting ready to receive many platitudes via Barnett Waddingham via email. Totally discusted.

Have two pension funds with them. Very underwhelmed, Applied for Transfer values on the Company pension, then applied to draw that Pension, Drawn out affair, I was informed that I could only draw one of them, then after a few weeks I was informed that in fact, I couldn't draw either of them.Dont appear to have a clue, I will be transferring my pensions to a company, I have far more faith in.

Same old story ask a difficult question get ignored till you end up at the top and suddenly you get a response.DONT use their panel of solicitors for property transactions BANDITS or was it them ? Never got to the bottom of it.

I have recently switched my sipp from another provider who shall remain nameless to a SSAS with Barnett Waddingham and have to say that the service and professionalism with them compared to the traumas endured over 25/30 years are immense. I look forward to having our SSAS managed properly in the years to come.
