Their service was impeccable, collecting my poor boy within 30 mins of him passing from my vet and arranging everything for me so I could collect his casket that same evening. My heart was broken last night after Bella slipped away from us. To find Barnshaw was a blessing. These guys took Bella in a few hours after she passed in the evening and I collected her ashes an hour or so later. A great comfort for me, my wife anc daughters knowing she was coming home again the same evening. I don’t have the words to thank you for your service, care and understanding. Kindness and compassion throughout.Thank you Di and Chris for the care that you showed when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Jasper. Your kindness made an unbearable situation a little easier to accept. The small touches like the beautiful container that Jasper's ashes were returned in with a personalised name tag and card made a real difference.
