Chris and Di made a very difficult time just a little bit easier. The empathy and kindness they gave to us was a precious memory at a very early stage of our grieving process. Being able to bring our beautiful Mylo directly to Barnshaw from the vets, after he had crossed the rainbow bridge, and to have his ashes back with us in less than 24hours, was so special. They enabled Mylo’s final journey to be a dignified and beautiful one. It is a wonderful place set in beautiful countryside. What completed our experience was to be able to add Mylo’s photo and a few words about him on their memorial wall. Words are not enough to convey our gratitude and thanks. Toni and Craven. x
We had Lucy put to sleep on 23dec2025 and decided that we wanted to take her to be cremated, Chris and Diane were very kind and caring, we got lost trying to find Barnshaw and Chris phoned us and then found us and we followed him to the crematorium he told not to worry as we had gone over are booked appointment by over an hour and we were able to collect Lucy after a couple of hours and take her home.
I lost my dog, Leo, in December after 13 years of pure love and dedication. It was something very difficult to deal with and know what to do. Di and Chris, really at Barnshaw Pet Crematorium came recommended and it was very fortunate as they were outstanding in every way.
