Chris & Di we’re so kind & caring, such lovely honest people & we totally trusted them with our dog which helped so much in such an extremely difficult time, beautiful grounds & nothing was too much trouble, I would 100% recommend Barnshaw pet crematorium.
My vet introduced me to Barnshaw cremations and I’m so glad he did .My beautiful Kizzey was collected by private transport late in the evening and was cremated on her own by the next day .The care and love that we received was amazing and I totally recommend using them !Thankyou so so much ❤️
Our darling Norfolk Terrier recently passed away, leaving us devastated and totally lost. Her passing was unexpected and dealing with her funeral arrangements were very difficult. We wanted a local pet cremation service providing prompt personal care, and wished to avoid large corporate cremation services, normally associated with Veterinary Practices, Barnshaw helped us through a very traumatic few days. Kindness and support was always there, and gave us confidence in knowing that our little girl was handled professionally, with respect and dignity. Now her ashes sit with us at home in a personalised casket, beautifully engraved with her paw print. Thank you Barnshaw for all your help and support.
What can I say about Diane and her husband Chris at Barnshaw Pet Crematorium??? I have never known such compassionate and caring people!! Nothing was to much trouble at what was such an upsetting time. They treated my daughters dog like she was their own which meant so much to us!! I cant thank them enough the whole process from start to finish was flawless even down to the the little bag with Roxy's name on a heart shaped label and a condolence card to all the family. I cant recommend Dianne and Chris enough
I called to enquire about my dad's dog Alfie and they were kind, caring and considerate of our emotions. I took Alfie within a couple of hours to be met by a wonderful lady who made me feel there was no rush and I had all the time in the world. I was advised Alfie would be back with me the following day and he was. They care which was more than we recieved from petsathome who were appalling. I would 100% refer Barnshaw. Lovely card, beautiful words which broke us. Thank you so much x
we had the horrible task of having to cremate our beautiful baby girl suzi at 15 due to her being hit by a car and left for dead. we found barnshaw on Google and contacted. right from the start chris and di were compassionate, professional and such nice people. dropped suzi off today and she was treated with the utmost respect. got her back a few hours later with a beautiful casket,paw print,and sympathy card. if you have the unenviable task of saying goodbye to your loved ones,i highly recommend these guys.many thanks
We lost my cat suddenly when he was hit and killed by a car and we took him to Barnshaw. We were incredibly upset but Chris at Barnshaw was very kind and compassionate and handled the whole process with the utmost respect and care. It felt like they genuinely care about your pet and the thought and consideration that goes into the whole process is very touching and comforting.
Chris and Di were amazing throughout the whole experience after our cat had been run over and killed. They were excellent at communicating and were super efficient. I wish more companies had their ethos. The paw print memory was a very thoughtful touch.Thank you again
I cannot recommend Barnshaw highly enough. Di and Chris treated Ozzy as if he was their own, with love and respect, the paw print is such a nice touch.More people should be aware of them. They made a very sad time go smoothly.Thank you both very much.
