This company will not honor lifetime guaranteed products. Do not buy men's slippers from them. After they bought Cabela's it has gone down hill fast.

AWFUL!! WALK AWAY!

Goodness, I hope all of you take the time to read our story. Had we not visited a Bass Pro Shop, we would not be in this nightmare of a timeshare with Bluegreen! I want to make it clear that before coming here for this review, we did write a very detailed letter to Johnny Morris and left with no communication back - which has caused even more frustrations because not only does Bluegreen not care at all, but it shows that Bass Pro Shops doesn’t either!!You are offered a “FREE” trip when you are approached that follows this presentation that you need to attend. DO NOT DO IT! We have been trying to cancel, and get our money back because of the lies and these promises that were mad are completely NOT true. This has caused so much stress on us, the maintenance fee continue to rise and this information was kept from us as well. We are not even able to pay for our own daughter tuition being stuck with this scam! Had we not went to Bass Pro we would not be here. Shame on them all!

No information, no delivery

I ordered a scope for my friend in Minneapolis for Christmas on december 3th, got a confirmation, and told my friend that a parcel was on its way. Nothing happend, and then, when contacting Bass Pro I got told, that the order was cancelled since billig adress and delivering adress are different. I was not informed at any time, and now I can not get the item in time for Christmas. I am not pleased att all.

Deceptive policy: no refund on Paypal purchases

Bought a coat for my wife online and need to return it. They don't reimburse if you used PayPal; you can only get store credit/gift card. This is hidden in their return policies but not clarified when you're given the option to use Paypal to pay. This is another example of manipulative corporate policies being used to exploit customers. It is crooked, plain and simple. They have forever lost me as a customer.

made a firearm purchase online on 12/2/2023. The rifle was supposed to arrive in the Broken Arrow store within 5-10 days. I chatted in on 12/11 and was told it was at the store and I should give it 24-48 hours for confirmation to come pick up the item. I waited 3 days and chatted in again on 12/14 and by noon I received a phone call explaining they "didn't check it in properly" and that it was ready. I then traveled 1.5 hours to Broken Arrow after I got off work at 5pm. I arrived and checked in to the queue at the gun counter around 7pm. I was 4th in line. I waited in store 1.5 hours and when my name was finally called it was 8:35 and they told me it was too late. I explained that I have a 3 hour round trip to pick up my item and that I waited 1.5 hours but they said sorry. They won't start the NICS check after 8:30. I asked for a manager and by the time he showed up it was 8:43. I was told to "check their store hours online next time." There were 5 employees working the gun counter at the time, but only two customers being assisted at a time. They saw me standing there for over an hour and didn't even tell me that 8:30 is cutoff. If it wasn't for the fact that I bought this firearm for my son for Christmas I would request a refund and would never do business with this company again. I have never been more disappointed or angry at a company in my life. I have spent a lot of money in this store alone and unfortunately this sort of thing has happened before. That's why I made the trip on a Thursday night just in case. I'm guessing that I'm expected to make another 3 hour round trip to pick up the item I already paid for. The biggest issue I have was that the employee and manager I was talking to made it more about having all the firearms locked up so they could get out of there around 9 rather than providing good customer service. This entire experience from start to finish has been awful.
