I love this place. It is a really good place to get your baits. It is a little expensive but it's worth it! They have a pond with trout and I loved it. The only location I've been to is the Rancho location. Mark was a very good helper in finding me a Bait caster rod and reel combo.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. Well, I ordered online for ship to store. Got the merchandise it was too big. I returned it to the store. Well, in order to get a credit to my original credit card then need to scan my drivers license into their computer system. What are they going to do with that information. They said it is for my safely. They were making a credit to the original card that was used for purchase. I will never purchase from them again. Becareful.

Branson store. First the employee had no clue where the product I was looking for was located. Once we found it went to check out. There were 2 check out open an 15-20 people in line. 3 employees were messing with 1 register. Get to window and tell them I signed up for their club and proceeded to give them my phone number. Employee said we can’t look it up anymore you have to go online and put it in. When done I looked back and the line was passed the checkout are down main aisle and no other checkers called. I sure wish there was an alternative to bass whatever because they sure aren’t pro’s when it comes to customer service and they should be for the amount of money they charge for their products.

I ordered $400 worth of merchandise for Christmas I've so far received wrong items and one of my most expensive gifts is missing and nobody can tell me when it will be here I've tried calling and nobody seems to want to help so I've since placed my order with farm and fleet who Ordering yesterday is already shipping out today!Bass Pro shop sucks!

Drive 1 1/2 hours to get there when they open the doors, rush to that section, first customer there, none in stock. Asked associate about it, he said sometimes it takes a couple hours for the site to catch up. I asked how is that, I'm first one here. He said you should have called first, we haven't had any of that in a long time. They falsify stock levels to get you in store, figuring you'll buy something else.
