This would be a big fat zero if I could score it! Unbelievable disappointed. No joke DO NOT order from this company. They will mess you around like something rotten. Making me wait hours and hours for someone to tell me where my order is and using the excuse of the vehicle broke down which is a blatant lie considering the reviews it’s common with this company. Yes the reviews are mixed but believe me when I say avoid at all cost. After telling them I want a refund several times kept telling me delivery is come MAYBE today MAYBE tomorrow. No thank you! Keep your cheap materials and just give me my money back. Having to get rude and angry at them is not my thing but this company frustrated me soooo much. How it’s even trading is beyond me if this is their services. I just hope that my refund is issued within 3-5 days or this will be taken further. Cheap is not always best! Ordered sat, delivery meant to be Thursday. Just kept getting maybe maybe maybe.
First of all, their prices are really affordable.The vanity unit with sink and cistern was delivered by an indian driver who drove overnight from Birmingham to Glasgow — I was quite impressed! However, the top board of the unit behind the pan was missing and replaced by another piece that couldn’t be used. I believe this was likely a manufacturing mistake.After contacting B4L, they quickly offered a replacement and sent me a good one just received this afternoon. That’s exactly what customers want — things can go wrong sometimes, but what matters most is a company’s willingness to solve the problem.You can’t expect perfection at this price range, but the quality is very decent. I’ll definitely use them again. Hope they have better QC. I give them 4.5 stars
If I could give 0 star I would. Only 1 of 2 items I ordered delivered. Queried with driver. Said he would report missing item.instead said delivery complete. Raised with company and offered ring footage showing exchange with driver. Said would like a replacement only if could arrive before weekend. Said had sent it. Now Saturday and not even tracking info. Be very wary. Courier firm they use have an email that bounces right back ans a number that comes up as suspected spam.
Order dumped in the front garden after emailing to ask when it would be delivered as no updates. I am 79 years old and it arrived early morning after only being advised by email the night before and nobody to help me move itOne cabinet was faulty and over the phone they promise they are sending a replacement and by email they deny any contact or receipt if photos Company is diabolical and just messed us about now for a month with no resolution
