Review Time
Despite reaching out to them they did not give me a delivery date until the last minute and dumped a full bathroom on the doorstep, I am 70 years old and cannot move it myself and the plumber cant come until next week. I would have arranged a suitable time if they would have allowed. I am now stuck with a bathroom suite in my front garden on a busy main road. Rubbish customer service, no communication and no allowing me to check for damage before leaving
Just bought batroom suite & furniture for both toilets was a bit worried as never bought these items without seeing before hand but was greatly surprised they look fantastic were delivered in 2/3 days of ordering would defenetly buy from company again
I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The product description is misleading, as it doesn’t include taps or waste pipes, which are essential parts and should have been clearly mentioned.What’s even more frustrating is the price difference — on the company’s own website the same product costs £170 including delivery, but I paid £224.19 through Amazon. That’s ridiculous, especially since the delivery is done by the same company, not Amazon.I expected honesty and transparency, but unfortunately, this experience felt deceptive and overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless they make their listings clearer and fairer.
I would really recommend giving this company a wide berth, especially if your a tradesman. My husbands customer was looking for a new bathroom vanity but was on a tight budget so my husband ordered from bathrooms4less for the first time and it will definitely be the last. Half the order was missing when it arrived and it has been an absoloute nightmare getting the rest of the order. Order was scheduled for yesterday and seminally the courier company attempted delivery but their story changed quickly when I told them I have ring doorbell footage. Still waiting to be told when delivery will be made. My husband has now lost out on 2 days wages as this job has now been booked in twice! No offer of compensation from bathrooms4less. They have some great deals so if this order had actually went well my husband wouldn't of hesitated to use them again.
The sink had a hidden crack covered with rubber, so I couldn’t see the damage until it leaked after installation. I had to pay double for the labour to fix it, and there was no compensation for my extra costs. The seller sent a replacement but called it goodwill, even though it’s normal to replace faulty items. I would not recommend them and don’t wish anyone to go through this experience.
