I was using gtl getting out everyday and today it told me to log in. I tried logging in and it kept saying invalid email or password, i even reset my password and it still not letting me log in. I've been on the phone trying to talk to someone and got put on hold and 20 minutes later im still on hold. I even tried to get a refund and delete the app but it's telling me to log into that also and of course it's telling me wrong email or password. Something needs to be done about this disgusting app. Their ought to be a law against these criminals who designed this app. I can't log in to write my friends nor log in to get a refund. What do i do.

Web portal is very confusing

Web portal is very confusing. Long customer service hold. Answering the phone by pressing zero and still sometime does not accept the call. I will try to find alternate option,

Terrible

December's automatic payment didn't get deposited. I cancelled it and set up another; it also wasn't made. None of the customer service numbers lead to a discussion with a real person. One offered - then hung up. No email that works. There's supposed to be a form but the page says "oops no form."

This app is hard to use. Expensive too. Resetting birthday and app sign in issues are annoying. This is too hard to use, Bob helpful and costs too much

If I could give less stars I would

If I could give less stars I would, this entire website and payment method needs to be scrapped and deleted, almost impossible to get a payment through, the ways before worked and now it doesn't, they will run you in circles with phone numbers and waste your time, find another way

They blocked my credit cards from being…

They blocked my credit cards from being used asking me to use money gram. Now I need to drive to the USA and pay for the money gram and call them to give them the reference. I was never charged a fee from GTL but now for some reason I am... they are stealing my money.The customer service refuses to help. I tried to make a formal complaint against the guy who charged me and then hung up on me when I asked why and that I wanted my money back. Maria her so called name was refused to help and gave me excuses. I requested to speak to her manager and was just put back to the main line. This place is a bunch of scammers on top of charging $0.50 cents for a single message. disgusting an unethical.

The worst customer service.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. Their app is buggy and has charged my card multiple times. Tried to get help and they wanted to refund but end all calls from the inmate for no reason. Their app caused the issue. 3 charges and I only needed two refunded. The rep assisting me was rude and didn't even bother to look it up to even verify she told me it will be this or else. No apology. They treat you like an inmate. No respect for consumers that spend their money to be able to speak their loved ones. This is awful. I guess it is all about the money.

Very convoluted system

Very convoluted system. The person that’s incarcerated doesn’t realize you’re having to put money on the account so they hang up thinking that you’re not answering. Now, three weeks later I’m still trying to get a refund on the balance I had for those phone calls. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! No customer service.

I asked for a refund and they told…

I asked for a refund and they told me 6 to 10 weeks. I never received it and they won't answer my emails. So I called and they told me that it was mailed out May 30th and I'll get it on July 28th. It's now August 10 still no check.
