I purchased two batteries from this company, hoping for a performance of 15 to 20 miles. Unfortunately, they only delivered about two miles of range. After discussing this with my bank, they graciously issued a refund.However, I received a concerning response from the company, including threats of legal action for not returning the funds. I have made it clear that I will not repay for items that do not meet expectations. I offered to return the batteries, as they are very defective, but the company seems unwilling to facilitate that.Though disappointed by my experience, as the company seems dismissive of their warranty commitments, I refuse to let this setback define me. Their comments suggesting I should limit my travels were disrespectful, but I chose to stand firm.To protect my rights, I have decided to enlist a lawyer who is prepared to take on my case. I urge others to approach this company with caution, as my experience highlights significant concerns about their customer service and support for individuals with disabilities. Trust your instincts; you deserve better.
