Review Time
So I've been buying from this shop since March.I got my brother some Warhammer while lockdown happened, it turned up on time & fast delivery even with lockdown and covid going on.I ordered some more and the box went missing as the tracking said scanned and it never updated. I contacted the shop and the owner Joe sorted it out and sent me a new box... the old box then turned up two days after the new one was sent out and turned up. I contacted the shop again and spoke with Joe who said its fine and keep it since I had to wait for it which was amazing!With covid going on as well he has been so helpful to me and was so pleasant to deal with.I then pre-ordered Jaws of the Lion board game for myself and my boyfriend. There was a big delay on this due to covid but Joe kept us updated with everything we needed to know once he found out. It turned up a few weeks after release, the expected date was pushed back due to covid issues. Yet again, Joe was super helpful and was really professional all the time and we were really happy with the service we got from Joe and his store.We also ordered some pokemon TCG which turned up promptly in the second UK lockdown.And also ordered some for Christmas which was a mystery box and was amazing! my little brother was over the moon with it!!!!!Over all with everything going on, with stock issues and shipping issues being experienced all over the UK, I am impressed, and I’ve never been so impressed with a company before. Overall I'm really impressed with the service he provided and continues to provide! I also found out that this small independent store is only run by Joe on his own which makes me all that more impressed! 10/10 for the whole experience - Super fast delivery & excellently packed and protected.I was kept updated the whole time with tracking via email. Smooth website that for small company works better than the bigger companies I've used.I will only be using this shop from now on and will support a small independent shop! Lovely guys in the store suuuper informative about the new packs coming out! Will defo be back for more pokemon cards and mystery boxs!!all the excitement you could want ^_^I forgot the names of the two I met at the store but they were actually fantastic and invited me to even come play the tcg in store. Anyway couldnt fault these guys working so hard in these wierd times. A+ go buy some stuff now!
A little gem of a shop stocking a wide range of Table Top and TCG products, would recommend to any hobby enthusiast to visit the store, the owner Joe has always been extremely helpful with any questions I have had and has had little to no issues getting anything for me he hasn’t already had in stock.. in a nutshell great store with a great vibe.
Love this shop great selection of product delivery has been quick for me to 2 times I've used that and the shop its self is great the owners a lovely guy would highly recommendWill be making some preorders shortly for the new pokemon set altough I've seen a negative review on preorders for this shop bare in mind the dates they are given can changed by the supplier if your in to collecting and preordering is get used to that not always the shops fault
First time ordering with BattlegroundGaming, quick shipping and delivery to Germany went smooth, albeit a small DPD Hicup but Joe was able to contact them and fix the issue, not his fault, even threw some sweet treats in the box, great experience, hope to repeat again in the future.
