Very bad customer services, sent me some AT scenery, it took a week and when it did arrive the postage had been shorted by £3.50. No apology, no refund, denied responsibility and made no effort to make things better. Given a hundred other shops sell the same stuff at the same prices as they do - avoid these headache merchants and go elsewhere.
I placed an order on 27 February 2021. Joe sent the wrong items, swiftly blaming his supplier for the mistake. He's spent over three months so far resisting refunding me. It is now 22 July 2021 and he still has not provided a full refund, going against his own word (as he promised before I returned the order), but more importantly, clearly breaching s.20(8) and (10) Consumer Rights Act 2015.Not the sort of battleground I wanted, but yes, a battleground all the same, I suppose.
