Took a chance on this buyer. Placed a pre order for an item. Item was received 4 WEEKS after pre order came into stock. Seller was still selling item as in stock on website but deliberately delayed the highly in demand item. Looks tampered with.

Superb store for either physical shopping or online purchases. Joe's been an absolute legend for everyone during the pandemic and frankly I can't advocate BGG enough. Probably the best hobby store in the UK.

Amazing little gem of a store

Amazing little gem of a store. Wide variety of Pokémon TCG and recently some boardgames. Purchased a £60 mystery box n was super happy with the value inside. Went back a few weeks later to pick up some boosters n ended up buying two board games too. 😂

Order cancelled with no communication 4 months after order placed!!!

Placed an order October 22nd March 4th - credit card is refunded No communication around why so I reached out to Joe - who told me I’d been flagged as a fraud risk and he’s had to cancel the order. Any call to me or email would have easily proven I wasn’t a fraudster but this was too much to ask. Ended up with no communication although Joe claims he sent an email - there is nothing! So essentially he had a nice £300 loan from me for 4 months before then deciding he didn’t want to fulfil order or even tell me about it. Incredibly disappointed.Won’t be using BGUK again unfortunately. Not a great experience.
