Review Time
The website site indicates 3 to 8 business days for delivery, but this is not the case. I have had no contact or apology from the courier to say it will be late or when it can be delivered. Bauhaus have not responded to my email as to why my goods have not arrived. Another great Spanish service....
Installation of 4 airconditioning units , I had previously bought the units from bauhaus . I paid 30 euros for the site visit to measure and give an estimate . I had previously carried out pre installtion works . Price for installing 886 € . It was exorbitant but to get the guarantee I agreed . The installer came was most unhelpful , made a mess of the installation ,most untidy . Left me having to make good his poor workmanship . Paid 886 € for 3 hours work , no materials and just made a mess .I complained to lady responsible for installations ,who contacted the installer and was just dismissed me. My advise NEVER USE BAUHAUS INSTALLERS ,
Slow. Bad communications, worse logistics and customer no-serviceI ordered for the first time, two weeks to deliver, two weeks to correct the mistaken address, many calls for nothing, since they didn't communicate the mistake to their logistic companiesI don't know in Germany, but in Spain they treat us like s***
Edited*In the end they did send me the correct piece in a timely fashion. so I changed my review from 1 star to 3. I ordered LOGOCLIC Rodapié RobleCascais/Livorno (220 cm x 15 mm x 80mm, MDF 7 peices.5 came and then packaged in were two more that were just a completely different color and useless to me. stuck with a job half done contacting them. What a waste of my time.came to trust pilot to leave a review and realized I should have checked here before hand. Seem like Bauhaus espana has pretty awful costumer service.
Unacceptable.!I bought a robotic lawnmower from gardena, at Bauhause Malaga.After spending half a day installing it in the garden, I have to turn on the robot and it doesn't work. Bauhause ask me to bring back the robot. I drive 40km back to the shop to get it exchanged or the money back.They tell me that Gardena's technicians need to look at it. Now after 3 weeks of waiting and me calling 8 times I still haven't heard anything. They keep telling me they will call back within 48 hours but nothing. Now they want me to drive 40km again to bring in the Base, that is installed in the garden. Totally unacceptable. This product was broken out of the box!.Go to Leroy Merlin, they take their customers seriously.
Too many bad reviews for Seur (1.1 at Trustpilot) Baushaus stupid and at fault for using Seur as courier. We have found their customer service to be outstanding and second to none, we now use this company vs Leroy Merlin because of we have any issues we know they will solve it, they even have people who speak other languages who are also professional, helpful and nice. The first of it's kind in Andalucía, even better service than El Corte Inglés (I know they don't sell tools but I am referring to customer service). We will continue to use Bauhaus as they take away all the stress of purchasing items in the whole of our province!
