ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We ordered a panel it arrived broken. We contacted customer service & was told it would be collected & replaced. 2 weeks later & 5 emails from myself we are IGNORED!!! Only in Spain is this Service so Bad!!!!

They simple don't care about their customers

Never buy from Bauhaus online in Spain. We have now waited more than two weeks for a kitchen countertop to complete our kitchen.The delivery company called 5 days ago telling us they would deliver the day after, but they never came. We have been in contact 3 times with Bauhaus but nothing happens and we don't get any updates on our delivery.We get a ton of excuses all the time, that they are busy, there's been one public holiday etc. Unfortunately this is one of the companies here in Spain that doesn't care about their customers, which in fact is the key reason why they exist.We've been using bauhaus in Denmark for years with great service, but here in Spain it's ridiculously unserious.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Delivery Issues

I had a frustrating experience with BAUHAUS, particularly with their customer service and delivery process. I ordered corrugated sheets (ref. 30723474) in black, but received gray ones instead, and they arrived with a significant delay. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was told that there was no stock for a replacement. I even proposed receiving black sheets of a different size as compensation, but my request was repeatedly ignored.To make matters worse, a €45 compensation that was promised due to the delay has still not been processed weeks later. The lack of communication and failure to resolve the problem has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better service from a company like BAUHAUS. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them based on this experience.

order number ES32847594 14.07.2024 Forex Factory wardrop I made my order which it was supposed to be deliver in max 4 days. I have not received the order. I have not been advised by the delay til I call my self. They told me yesterday oh the transport company should contact you yesterday and then the transport company can t find it . I send email for 2 day ago asking about the order with no answear and now they told me I have to wait 48 houres to get my money back. After they delayed the order without telling me no compensation. very bad experience be very carful with this company

Terrible delivery and customer service…

Terrible delivery and customer service !!!Having spent 1400 euros in store on garden furniture and being agreed it’s all in stock and will be delivered in 4 days with a phone call from driver 1hr prior to delivery.. Contacted customer service on the 5th day to ask what happened, no delivery or phone call. New date given for 3days time. No delivery again..New date further 4days time. Now into 4th weekend still no delivery or call to explain ?? Sick and tired of customer service not responding. About to cancel my order, but will I get a refund ??

very bad costumer service

In bauhaus Malaga we bougth a sink from the vendor Poalgi, when i opened the package i noticed the sink was out of shape, but since it was a composit sink, i figured it would flatten when mounted (it had brackets underneath and I was very careful, going step by step on all brackets), the sink did flatten when mounted, but it also made a crack inside. i took it back to Bauhaus, they just said I broke it! and they could not refund, it was the day of my return fligth to Denmark, i had to leave the sink at bauhaus, I have now been struggling with bauhaus Malaga by phone and by email. they still give no explanation, just refuse to refund. at one point they referred to the installation manual, but when i said it was not mentioned in the manual, they just did not answer. Big problem is i have to buy a new sink at bauhaus, because i cut out in my tabletop, and no other sink is as large as the one we those, but after this i will newer use the shop again. i have used Bauhaus in Denmark for years, and newer had a problem. but bauhaus Spain doesnt know about costumer service.

Bad experience

Bad experience. I bought wardrobe which spouse to be delivered between 3-6 working days. Unfortunately, that never happened. They shouldn't deal with Ontime couriers.

We bought a new kitchen and they failed

We bought a new kitchen and Marc was very helpful (that's why i give 2 stars) but after delivery we noticed one of the cabinets was 10 cm to high so we sent a photo to Marc on 19 december and he contacted the fabric. They said we get the right one 9 or 10 january. Today is 1 februari but still not have the new.They fail !!!!!! and wé have to wait more then 6/7 weeks. Every week we go to Bauhaus and they say: next week.Terrible service!!!!!!!Don't order here!!Update: after 8 weeks we finaly received the cabinet but it's a diferent one then the rest. Muy frustante!!!!We never buy here a kitchen anymore!!

Delivery never came. No answer from customer service

I ordered material a month ago for my garden makeover. My order was not delivered on time, actually it haven arrived till today. As I haven’t received any answer by email, Whatsapp, messengeren, chat and phone except the automatic reply I still don’t know anything about my order. I complained in writing but was no use. They don’t care. Nobody answers. It’s the Spanish mentality I guess. Very disappointing for an international company to keep that kind of low niveau service 👎

Ordered garden storage online ...

Ordered garden storage online that was €30 cheaper than Leroy Merlin , with free delivery. It was delivered in 3 days in perfect condition. Fantastic service.
