Review Time
Ordered two roof panels and some 3m timbers. Nothing too much I thought. 3-6 days to deliver .Two weeks later nothing and the delivery company say they won't deliver in small streets, the same street we built a house is. So gave them a nearby drop off and still nothing. Arrogant, lazy, inefficient and just a waste of time. My advice is avoid their 'offers' as they can't back them up.
With a severe drought we decided we needed water butts to store air conditioner condensate and then with rain forecast, rain water. We can't get big water butts in our car so tried all the usual places to get them delivered and they were not suitable, or very expensive. Then we found Bauhaus had just what we wanted and would deliver within a few days for a very reasonable price. All went well, the butts and stands are good quality and we got them installed before the recent heavy rain and we now have water for our plants. Excellent products and service.
This Bauhuas ZOna FRANC Store is terrible. On June 21, 2023, I went this store to buy something. As you know, this store actually has two parts, one of which is a three floor building and adjacent to it is a palce for selling construction materials such as plastic boards. First I went to the three-floored building, I found what I need. But I did not take them, because I wanted to go to the constrcution material site. But I was stopped by a security man(looks like from south America, I am not sure), and he ordered me to open my shoulder bag(a small sized should bag, people nornally put credit card, car keys in this kind of bags,not a shopping bag)shopping bag. While I say no, they did not let me out. I asked the staff to call police. They did not, but just not let me go. Finally, I called 112 myself, then they let me go. It is the second time I was stopped by this same securtiy man. Last time, one year ago, he suddely stopped me and searched my bag without my permission, actually, according to barcelona consumer law, he could not do that without my permission. Bauhuas did not give me any response after I made a conplainment. Unfortunately, I have been a target for this secutiry man. Today, he, obviously took revenge on my previous conplianment, and again wanted to search my bag. I uploaded the documents which can show something. This store is terrible, does not respect consumers.Esta tienda Bauhuas es terrible. El 21 de junio de 2023 fui a esta tienda a comprar algo. Como saben, esta tienda en realidad tiene dos partes, una de las cuales es un edificio de tres pisos y al lado hay un lugar para vender materiales de construcción como tablas de plástico. Primero fui al edificio de tres pisos, encontré lo que necesito. Pero no los tomé, porque quería ir al sitio de material de construcción. Pero me detuvo un hombre de seguridad (parece de América del Sur, no estoy seguro), y me ordenó que abriera mi bolso de hombro (un bolso de tamaño pequeño, la gente normalmente pone tarjetas de crédito, llaves de auto en este tipo de bolsos ,no una bolsa de compras) bolsa de compras. Mientras digo que no, no me dejaron salir. Le pedí al personal que llamara a la policía. No lo hicieron, pero simplemente no me dejaron ir. Finalmente, llamé al 112 yo mismo, luego me dejaron ir. Es la segunda vez que me detiene este mismo hombre de seguridad. La última vez, hace un año, de repente me paró y registró mi bolso sin mi permiso, de hecho, según la ley de consumidores de Barcelona, no podía hacer eso sin mi permiso. Bauhuas no me dio ninguna respuesta después de que hice una denuncia. Desafortunadamente, he sido un objetivo para este hombre de seguridad. Hoy, obviamente, se vengó de mi cumplimiento anterior, y de nuevo quería registrar mi bolso. Subí los documentos que pueden mostrar algo. Esta tienda es terrible, no respeta a los consumidores.
I placed an order on 21/04/2023 for a kitchen worktop which said it would take 3-6 days to be delivered. It is a large item so I can not pick it up with my car so it has to be delivered to my house. Today is 10/05/2023 and still no delivery. I have no kitchen without this item. I have contacted Bauhaus several times and they are not helpful at all. They tell me they have put in a claim with the delivery company Ontime but still nothing happens. This is not the 1st time this has happened either, in fact every time in the past that I have ordered large items the delivery took weeks and weeks. This is false advertising from Bauhaus and they need to be more honest with their delivery times. I would not have purchased from them had I'd known it would take this long. I am stuck without a kitchen now and waiting with no idea when my item will be delivered.
hi got 5 year guarantee on pool robot had problem with motor its less then three years old ,they said i had to pay 92e as i had tampered with the motor ,but this is crazy why would i do that when its covered , so beware of this 5 year guarantee
Ordered some granite slabs online, 3-6 days delivery.6 days later I can’t even get a response to emails, phone calls or what’s Ap.No refund, no material, causing extreme delay to finishing my pool project.Extremely frustrating, if no materials by Monday (which reading other reviews I doubt will happen) I will report to my bank as a fraud / scam.
Ordered product online with delivery. They promised in 72 hours delivery company will contact, now 190+ hours, still no contact. Customer service is very unhelpful, and unwilling to give any estimates. Since they broke their initial deliver schedule promise, I thought I could just unwind the deal, but that's not the case with Bauhaus, as they are keeping my money as a hostage until "they have received the product back to their warehouse". I trusted this company due to it's reputation and scale of operation, I'll never make the same mistake again. 0/5 would not recommend.Edit: still no product, or refund. After 3 hours of e-mailing, chatting and phone calls, they still can not tell me if or when they are able to deliver me my order, and if I want to cancel, when I am able to get my money back.
