Received a damaged toilet

Received a damaged toilet. Couriers fault. Had to pay another 40 euro to get bowl replaced. Took 5 weeks to deliver. Never will buy from this absolutely shocking company. Avoid

I have just bought an oven y the young lady there was so helpful she was amazing using the forklift ect absolutley super person it was right on the top shelf 5 in total y she did it all with ease y so polite wish I'd got her name , very impressed great person !!

Damaged Acoustic Wall Panel

We ordered 3 acoustic panels for the walls, one of the panel lengths were damaged. They were packaged terrible and I had to go onto support to advise. It's now 4 days and no one is responding to the pictures of proof of damage and the option for getting a discounted refund for the damaged item. I have sent 4 emails to date on the back of the one response on the 23rd of October.I will never use this company again.

Orders do not arrive

Órdenes a pérgola beginnt of Juli which did not arrive. After one and a half month i got my Money back. Silly me then tried again and ordered another pérgola the 15 of july which today 11 of august still hasn’t arrived. Customer Service tell me they are investigating. Going to ask for Money back again and Order from LeRoy Merlin. Sorry Bauhaus Never again

Spent almost a €1000 on flooring

Spent almost a €1000 on flooring, said 3/8 days, this was 17 days ago, and no delivery if I get someone to talk too , they just say they are complaining to the transport company, that’s no good to me , rubbish company rubbish customer service, do not use this company

Terrible Customer Care & Defective Products

Last year, in July, we bought 4 air conditioning units from Bauhaus in Alfafar, Spain, and requested that they install them for us. The reason we chose Bauhaus is because we thought it’s a reputable company and, if anything went wrong, they would be unlikely to scam us. So, they installed the 4 units last year, and within days, we had a terrible case of water damage to the ceiling of our bathroom. Someone had to cut a large hole in the ceiling to discover that it was water from the air conditioners that caused this horrific damage. Bauhaus did not take responsibility for this issue and after several back-and-forth emails, I gave up because my Spanish is terrible and they know how to be unhelpful in these circumstances. So, now, for the past year, we’ve had this enormous hole in the ceiling of our bathroom that we can’t afford to fix. Then, last week (less than one year after the installation), 3 of the 4 air conditioning units we bought from Bauhaus stopped working. Our receipt for the original purchase disappeared on the day of the installation last year. I gave it to one of the contractors, but I think he accidentally kept it when he left. We never saw it again! Thankfully, Bauhaus has a copy of our proof of purchase in their system, which I desperately need so we can use the warranty. I’ve been trying to get Bauhaus to help us with use of the warranty for a few days now. I tell them it’s urgent because we can’t sleep at night and still nothing is being done. I have a small child! I’ve been emailing the Alfafar store because it’s apparently impossible to call them [when you call, you’re talking to a call center employee who doesn’t know how to help you and keeps saying to email the store], and instead of calling me, for every single tiny question, they keep emailing me one question at a time which means we’re losing precious time with this extremely slow communications process. I’m becoming so upset that no one will help us. The reason I chose Bauhaus instead of an alternative like Leroy Merlin is because, after the Ukraine war, I decided to boycott Leroy Merlin and only go to Bauhaus for political reasons. I’m so regretful of my decision. I would never recommend Bauhaus to anyone because of this nightmare. How do they treat people like this and stay in business?

Purchased terraced wood on June 16th…

Purchased terraced wood on June 16th will a promised date of delivery with eight days, no such luck....I contacted Bauhaus 10 days later asking about my order which of course they couldn't give me an update so I requested a refund, only to find out they won't refund me until they have the wood returned from the shipper, how is this my problem & why are the holding on to my money with their failure to deliver....so now I have no wood & I'm out of pocket????

Don't order online from Bauhaus!

We ordered a shower door from Bauhaus Barcelona online which was supposed to arrive within 3 to 8 days at our house at the Costa Brava. When it did not arrive on time, we contacted Bauhaus and were told that the delivery firm had tried to call us but the number was incorrect (not true) and that they had tried to deliver the shower door but we were not there (not true as shown by our camera). We confirmed several times that both our address and phone number were correct. This back and forth with Bauhaus continued for another week until we were finally asked, if we did not have a local phone number and that the problem may stem from us having a UK phone number. Given that an international company like Bauhaus allows you to select the UK country code when you enter your phone number when placing the order, offers English speaking customer service and we had emphasised several times that the delivery firm could also just send us a text/WhatsApp, this was surprising. Finally, we were told the delivery company had now returned the door to Bauhaus in Barcelona as they had been unable to deliver to us or call us. We were asked, if we wanted a new delivery initiated which would again take 3 to 8 business days or if we wanted a refund. We had enough of the Bauhaus delivery experience and asked for a refund. So ultimately, we wasted a lot of time and money making international phone calls from our UK mobile phone and sending emails to Bauhaus' customer service to enquire about a shower door that never arrived. We looked up the delivery firm's customer ratings and noticed that they had a very low rating and that customer raised exactly the same issues we had experienced. What a shame, we generally like Bauhaus products but the delivery process is terrible.
