Very low quality of products and a very long delay in deliveries. At the time of ordering. you get delivery 1-4 working days, but it really takes 2-3 weeks, if you are lucky and you will get the goods. Don't waste your time on this store !!

endless delays and excuses in giving a refund, I cancelled an order because the drivers strike was going to delay it's arrival, and because I found the product in a local bauhaus store so purchased it there, I thought that requesting a refund should be easy as clearly the delivery company would not even try to deliver (they sent me an email suggesting i drive 9 hours to pick it up!) but from there on in it became a nightmare, first they said they can't refund until they recieve it back, I ordered it the evening of the start of the strike so i actually think it never left their depot, then the my orders section of the website stated "returned" but still they refused the refund, then it was flagged for "the other department" as "urgent" but that made no difference because after another week and 10 emails it still wasn't done. I am actually not surprised their staff don't do their job, because I have emailed the CEO and he doesn't seem to do his job either, first rule of management is to lead by example, if the boss doesn't do his job, how can he expect his staff to do theirs.

PANADERO HOGAR HB INSERT STOVE.

My story. I purchased a Panadero Hogar HB insert stove. 21st April 2021 €669,95 including delivery. I asked the price to install.€400. I thought that was too expensive. I found a man to install for €250 this was fitted in May. Looked fantastic. In November 2021. We lit the wood burner stove. It just filled up with smoke and then the fire went out. The only way to keep the fire going was to open the door. That was not a good idea as smoke filled our lounge. Prior to this Panadero Hogar HB being fitted we have had a wood burner for 20yrs. No problem at all. It was perfect but old after 20yrs and we wanted something more modern. I went back to Bauhaus Malaga on many occasions trying to explain the problem with the Hogar HB. Eventually i tracked down the man who sold it to me. He said we did not fit your Panadero Hogar HB we can not help you. He said. "we can send our Technical man to your house but it will cost you €30 and he can advise your builder" This i agreed. He advised my builder we need a new bigger pipe going all the way up to the roof. This will be done in the new year but these Technical men did not know anything about the lever for Plus air or minus air. I cauld see they new nothing about this important part of the Hogar HB. They did not phone Panadero.es to find out more information about this air lever and how it works. So. We fit a new pipe to the roof and the stove still does not work?? What then? I have found Bauhaus so unhelpful. They will not call the manufacturers to get more help. They send technical men to my house who dont know fully how these stoves work and they are selling them in their Malaga shop. What if they had fitted it and did not know how to fit it properly. Every Panadero insert stove customers would have a problem. It is now 22 December. Cold in our house and we dont have a wood burner to keep us warm. Today on my numerous whatsapp messages they had a cheek to wish us a merry Christmas. Regards John Isles
