Bead Park has such wonderful options! I was like a kid in a candy shop. Items ranging from simple plastic beads to intricate, exquisite designs. And the crystal selection is amazing. Plus, they sell in bulk. (qty. 1-50) I just received my order of genuine quartz crystals with the tops plated with platinum and bail already attached. They're beautiful!
IF YOU MUST BUY HERE, USE PAYPAL! We ordered £350+ of sterling silver pendants - tarnished, scratched and totally unusable. Jumped through allll their stupid hoops (photos, product codes, photos of packaging, pointless pointless waste of time).They tried to fob us off with 10% REFUND!! Then tried to give us credit for the website which we will NEVER be using again. Flatly refused all their stupid offers and insisted on 100% refund. We opened a case on PayPal. THEY TOLD US TO CLOSE THE PAYPAL CASE, THEN THEY WOUD REFUND. CONTACTED PAYPAL WHO SAID DO NOT DO THAT - ONCE THE CASE IS CLOSED YOU HAVE NO POWER TO REOPEN IT, AND NO WAY TO FIX ANY ISSUES. THEY CAN REFUND WITHIN THE PAYPAL CASE. THANKFULLY we kept the PayPal case open. It took weeks of time wasting emails back and forth, but purely because we opened a PayPal case, they were forced to fully refund the pendants, shipping, and our return shipping costs because we refused to accept any less. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
I honestly can't see why there would be any bad reviews on this website. I've had nothing but good experience. I've done more than 30 orders with them and so far there hasn't been an issue. I've never had to contact support for anything as all my orders were correct.All my items always arrive safely in the UK and always well packaged. The quality is the standard quality that you will find everywhere else. It's not lower just because it's cheaper. And it's only cheaper because you're cutting off the middle man and the unnecessary costs by buying them yourself. Where do you think all your local retailers/resellers and amazon itself get their stock? Everything comes from China from retailers like Beadpark, Panda or Jinyun. My only one single disappointment was when I ordered some really nice pendants which were pricey for my budget, and they scratched each other on their way here. But that was my own fault, I could have easily paid the 10 pennies extra for the repackaging service and save them. There are ways around everything you just have to look around. Also, you have to remember the less time your package spends in transit the less risk your items are at. It's not always the retailer's fault. The state of some of my letters/packages I receive from Royal Mail.. I once found fresh boot prints. Please keep that in mind. It's not always the seller.They also have a review option on their website which gives points towards your next order. It doesn't matter how many stars you give, aslong as you leave a review you get the points. Just give your honest opinion which will help your own self because next time they will know and try to improve it. If you're expecting them to throw money at you, noone will do that. And in the middle of a pandemic you can't expect to return goods as it's unsafe. Points and coupons are useful too ya know.I know it might sound cringy or obvious but these people work very hard. They have thousands of customers every day. I doubt they would ignore someone or give them bad customer service for no reason. There is always a reason for everything we do. I have purchased a number of items from this company and it is hit and miss regarding the quality. Some are great but many I have had to request a refund (or as they prefer a coupon), the quality has not been up to any standard. But my most concern is that they are advertising items as being free of dangerous material, I have had some items tested and they did not pass under EU regulations. One item contained cadmium (it was suppose to be free of cadmium, nickel and lead), when emailed I was told that it must have been contaminated in the factory - they don't seem to do ANY TESTING. I have had a number of items tested and a number did NOT pass despite being advertised as not containing that material......Note, It would be interesting in those posting positive experiences about this company to confirm that they have had the products indepentantly tested if they have passed inspection. Especially if those people are using the products in regards to a business. Yes the items look great, however it seems there are hidden components in the material (although the company has stated there isn't and give a 'factory contamination' standard answer when they are caught out). I know as a result of testing that a number of their products DO NOT PASS EU standards and items contain harmful material. So if you are using this company's products in a business regard, my advise is to get testing done and then decide how transparent they are.
I was worried at first having heard about the bad experiences a few people have had and just ordering from China always has it's ups and downs but all of my products have been good as a rule. I have now placed 10 orders over the past year and i've never had any issues!
