Review Time
They charged too much for shipping but REFUSED to refund the money to my paypal. They kept sending me a copy and paste email saying they recommend i leave the money on their website so i can use it for a future purchase. The only reason I eventually got a refund was because I threatened to report them and open a case against them on paypal. If i had not done that, they would’ve kept my money. They also offered to pay me to leave a good review on this website. Their positive reviews cannot be trusted.
I was so happy with my purchase from Beadpark. Everything was seamless, the selection and prices were great and the international shipping was very fast. Beadpark sent me a tracking number so I could follow my packet through the mail. The charms arrived well wrapped and carefully sorted. I will be happy to do business with Beadpark again.
Everything is good until it's not good.I received my full order in a reasonable time frame.Everything looked the way it did on the website.However, the beads were not the sizes stated on the website & the customer service is terrible. They continuously go around in circles repeating themselves and asking for information you have already provided multiple times. It seems like a stalling technique to do everything they can to not refund you.Even with clear as day proof, they will not try to help you in any way.If you do still decide to order, make sure you use a payment method that allows you to open a dispute if there is a problem. Without that, you wouldn't stand a chance of receiving a refund.
This is the second time I'm ordering from Beadpark. Great variety to choose from and great discounts to. I do get a reply on any questions I might have per email. Both times last year and now order in March 2021 all items where received and was in good order! Will recommend Beadpark any day.Lydia Schoeman, South Africa
