THEY STILL HAVENT SHIPPED MY PARCEL

I paid for my order over a month ago and it hasn’t even been shipped yet! I have tried to contact beadpark on numerous occasions but without reply! AWFUL company, basically stole £40 off of me !!

Brilliant Customer Service

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Terrible quality! Wasted over £40 on bracelet chains and I can’t use any of them! Every single one ( 60 in total ) arrived damaged! The golden colour had rubbed off and rusted in areas of ALL of them! Terrible service too, I contacted bead park with a complaint email and photos prior to writing this review as I am not usually one to write bad reviews if they can be rectified, however I didn’t even receive a response. Do not waste your money!
