delivery was quick, can't beat the prices but for good reason.none of the beads were consistent in size.I went through all the listings to specifically get only 8/0 size seed beads (3mm) but all beads arrived cut to different lengths.If you plan on using these seed beads for bead weaving don't waste your time and money
Really love this company. Great products at great prices. Only wait around 2 weeks for products to arrive, which is great. Order updates regularly received. I have not had an issue to date, so cannot comment on customer service experience, but I have bulk ordered from them 5 times (1 recently) and have not had an issue so far.
If you want to return an item, you have to contact them for a form. They constantly ask you the same questions over and over again to prevent you from getting the return form. I never even got a form as a result of this. Do not trust this site.
Amazing customer service! I ordered £20 worth of resin molds and little bits to go in resin, as cheap as 50p! I was expecting quite bad quality for the price but they are outstanding. The response back from emailing them after some shipping problems was super quick, and they were so happy to help! I’ve received my first order, and put another order in the same day as I was so impressed. Customer service is 10/10 and the quality is amazing for the prices.
I regularly place orders with this company and use is at my main supplier. The items are always of good quality and always turn up within the expected time frame. Parcels are always well packaged and I especially love how you always get a tracking number so can follow your parcels journey.
