Review Time
Have used Beedspeed for many years and generally found them to be friendly and efficient barring the odd hiccup. Latest interaction much less so, received a Lambretta headlamp reflecter in good time but after gluing in the lens, found the appature for the headlamp bulb was too small. Four phone calls over 5 days elicited 4 promises of a check to ensure that their stock bulb holder would actually fit their reflecter. Still waiting for an answer so have reordered from Allstyles. I will leave Beedspeed more in sadness than anger - another customer lost due to poor customer service.
Waited over 3 weeks for a simple part. Asked where it was and told someone will get in touch. Of course, nobody has got in touch. This could be forgiven if it wasn't the first time its happened! I don't know what is going on there but service has become shocking and I won't be buying anything from them again
I see after reading the comments good old Dan is still up to his old tricks with his lies he has been running beedspeed and is the manager for few year now with his partner been the registered owner as he is bankrupt he still pulls the strings buying Indian poor made parts and selling them off as more expensive parts IV known him now for a while and I'm angered about all the lies us scooter fanatics are a family and do anything for each other so when where ripped off or sold crap it's seriously bull shxt so if your reading this Dan buck ya ideas up moving to another shop do not make the mistakes any better Watch this space guys ....
awful experience and awful company i will never use again. no contact about hold ups, selling items not in stock then not telling you, it cost me an extra £40 for a barrel as the ones they were selling were crap in their own words so they got genuine in. why sell crap in the first place. ive gone back to SIP where delivery takes a little longer but you get quality parts
PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY, they take your order and don’t send parts, I was lucky as I spent over £100 so was able to get money refunded through credit card, but this still took many hours, and 5 weeks to get refund from CC, as you have to wait 30 days before refund, just google Daniel Burton, or as he is now known Daniel George, this is who you are dealing with
They sell wrongly advertised items, deny that items have been returned, ignore emails, cut off phone calls, these cowboys don`t even respond to North East Linconshire Trading Standards. I`ve requested a refund on numerous occasions but have been totally blanked. They deserve to be locked up. Shame on this alleged company.
