Kitchen got put in pretty quickly and job was done really well. All workers were really polite and have done a really good job. Really happy with the end result 😊Ellie was really helpful and on the end of the phone when I needed any help or had any questions too 😊

Great service

All the lads & ladies on site were great! Painter was singing his head off bringing life to our home while he worked. Communication has been amazing, I was kept up to date daily. Everyone has went above and beyond! Love my kitchen.Liverpool Walton area, I have dealt with Mick, Chris plumber, Ellie and Ian

Kitchen install : Walton.Each and every contractor that played their part in this kitchen installation left it clean/tidy & were polite & professional.I was made aware in advance of the works to be carried out, as well as the day to day schedule of which trades were in on what day (so helpfull)Top quality kitchen thank you guys/girlsAbsolutely flawless 10/10Well done Bell👍

Hi helloThis bell group start kitchen work from 21-10-25 until now not completed, left inside our property lot of rubbish and electric job of kitchen not finished also 3 cupboard left in floor not fitted very poor service.

Having them replaced my flat door on 20th jan why it take 5 months after the first vist to replace when flagship aproved it in back in august

Terrible. I Do Not Recommend.

ASHP - Heatpump (with new radiators)-Solar panels-Wall insulation-Loft insulation...Originally told works to start 17th October 2025....todays date is 7th March 2026. All jobs are still not complete. Massive issues with all aspects of their works. Eg. Non arrival, change of dates, incomplete work, non response to messages, and so much more. I have a huge amount of emails sent a huge amount of whatsApp messages. Meetings arranged to sort but still issues arise. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. There seems to be a huge amount of confusion within the group and lack of communication. People arriving, unable to do the work, arranging to come back but then not arriving... Water flooding hallway... Burn marks on hallway carpet...uncovered carpet with men trooping inside upstairs and down with wet dirty shoes....Wall insulation entering into the bedroom over clothes etc...Visit from IAA (insulation Assurance Authority) telling us they have issued a Category 1 failure (works need to be rectified within 24 hours.....and the list goes on) I have had consistent contact with ONE person who has I feel has gone above and beyond to help (even though it is not within their remit). I am happy to name this person if you are interested.... I am happy to arrange a meeting to discuss with management (face to face). Sadly, this has been one of the worst companies I have ever had to complete any works to my home. Never again.

So Bell Group asked me to email them (so I did) 8 weeks have passed and not a dicky bird back from them!!!They are still Ghost Recruiting too - as they haven’t been able to prove that they aren’t!!

Denise and ian 5 star

We recently had refurbishment works carried out by Buston and Maughan, overseen by Bell Group on behalf of Home Housing. As part of this, a new bathroom was fitted. Unfortunately, within just four weeks, we experienced three separate leaks: one from the toilet and two from the bath.The leaks from the bath were particularly serious, as water came through the downstairs ceiling on two different occasions. Despite four separate visits from Buston and Maughan, each time we were reassured the issue had been resolved—yet the problems persisted.During the third visit, one of their plumbers completely smashed the bath side panel and attempted to “repair” it with silicone, which was completely unacceptable. On the final visit, I insisted that Denise and Ian from the Bell Group attend to inspect the work. They were visibly appalled by the standard of workmanship and, to their credit, acted swiftly and professionally to put things right.Although work is still ongoing, the communication and follow-up from Denise and Ian have been excellent. However, based on our experience, I would strongly advise avoiding Buston and Maughan if you want a job done properly. A quick look at their Google reviews will tell you everything you need to know.
