Review Time
My fence and wall come down in January 25 the job was booked around that time, 3 people have been out to the house on different occasions to take photographs it’s now June 13th and they are no where in sight. I have called multiple times just get transferred to different departments asked to speak to a manager but never get called back would steer clear of this company at all costs
Bell group did my bathroom and did an amazing job, workmen are lovely always polite, respectful and always clean up after themselves. Jeremy the plumber is especially a credit to the company and is always smiling! Debbie always keeps you upto date with whats going on and martin is always happy to help with any questions you have. I would recommend bell group to friends and family. Thank you so much for my beautiful new bathroom :)
Lied to from the start about company van and uniform . Then was fired over a text because I refused with another colleague to go back and sort a property that was covered in blood . Then to top it all the manager blocked me when I tried to reply .Appalling company to work for
I had the most amazing team come to fit my front door.They were respectful and friendly! They done the most uplifting high standard work replacing my door. To the point it's actually not just completed but they done it so that it's above the expectations! I honestly can't not thank the two men that come to do it! They cleaned afterwards fully and without hesitation! I would highly recommend them again!Again I was not expecting this type of standards due to past experiences with other companies! High recommend! The two lads were friendly, hard working, committed and completely professional!I had to leave immediately after the work had finished due to commitments so I was unable to get their names again! But please give them my complete and utter praise and appreciation!
Had the displeasure of having a kitchen fitted by them through my local council, throughout the process i was told ‘it’s a free kitchen so can’t complain’ although I pay rent to live in the property so isn’t free. On multiple occasions at 8am while getting my child ready for school, the workers had music on which was inappropriate for young ears, I was also fobbed off by being told ‘you won’t see it once the units in’ to a huge hole in the wall. They fitted the kitchen work tops, with two different style ones, when asked about was told ‘the sun was in his eyes’ which then took over a month for them to correct the mistake that was made, during this time they wanted a booklet back but I couldn’t find it at the time so was then bombarded by them and also accused of using said booklet as a bargaining tool by the tenant liaison officer, although I had been told it was just a feedback form also didn’t realise I had to bargain for them to fix their mistake, also asked for an apology for the behaviour and was blatantly ignored. They also ruined my hallway floor into the kitchen with massive chunks taken out of it. If you are a council/housing tenant please be aware they don’t respect you, they will belittle you and make you feel uncomfortable in your own home. Very upset and disappointed by the whole situation. Don’t ever want to deal with the company again.
Last year we had a wet room installed by Bells. We were told the work would take 4 days. 10 days later the work was completed. During our 10 days were were flooded four times, they managed to put a screw through the central heating pipe under the floor. We were unable to have the use of our only toilet for two days. The workmen would arrive at around 10 in the morning. Then it was tea break at 11 followed by a 1 and 3/4 lunch break, then home time at 4. This week we have Bells back to rectify more leaks, work started on Monday. We are now back to having everything stripped back with a hole in the floor and a toilet balanced on a piece of wood. No work has been done yesterday or today due to they haven't a tray to go under the floor. We feel totally let down by Bells The day after this review and my email to Bells the workmen arrived. They managed to do a day's work with half hour lunch break ( they made a point of telling me they were off for lunch and back in 30 minutes)Things were beginning to take shape. The following day the man arrived to lay the flooring, he did a first class job.After he had finished the plumber arrived to re-fit the toilet that's when it all went wrong !! The plumber said " give it an hour or so before you use it" and he went his merry way. We went into the wet room to admire the finish. Only to find the toilet looked wonky. When we took a closer look we found only one crooked screw holding the cistern and the bowl had two plastic caps silicone where the screws should be.A complete Joke shoddy is an understatement!!
Absolutely terrible unprofessional behaviour and there is no dignity and respect whatsoever towards anyone as music is blasted , singing and phone conversation in front of your door ,noise even when you ask them to be considerate due to elderly frail people and some working from home .Your staff don’t care sorry to generalise all I am sure there are good ones as well .I am not going to shame particular person in public but you must give your staff customer service training.Infortunatly job was massy and sloppy and work has poor quality and fitting and finish.It needed to be redone again what a waisted money and time .You are giving bad name to contractors work .Shame on you
