False advertising and scam! I spent weeks and hours a day and wasn't getting credit for the offers I completed. Only to be told they basically can't guarantee payout for any offer??? I took screenshots to prove I completed the offers and got the low amount ones but when you complete a higher offer they stop crediting and come up with excuses such as tracking issues and all that when nothing was any different to begin with! So if you want to waste your time this is the app for you!! Also they say they changed their policy so if you do make a few cents you can't cashout until December??? Over 2 months!! Don't give me that bullshit...cause that's all it is!! I have explained in very detail the issue and you do nothing but keep saying the same thing!! Obviously your bot responses are doing nothing!!!
I love this app! I've tried several apps that claimed to give decent rewards and payouts, but none compare to Benjamin! I've gotten $200 in the past month, and earn more daily. The customer service is great too. I had an issue the first day with game tracking and they resolved it quickly after one email and made sure I got the credit promptly. The also emailed me back and apologized for the issue. Wonderful communication!
Update: they fixed my issue finally and I got my money...but I have since earned more and NOW they have decided to cease all withdrawals as they roll out the new wallet feature...in 2-3 MONTHS. So now I have a bunch of money that I can't withdraw for different reasons, and of course there was no precursor or warning about this. It all seems very shady to me. It makes no sense to pause withdrawals for any other reason than they are running out of money...because you can certainly roll out a new feature of an aspect of an app without disabling it altogether for several weeks. So I'm even more concerned now. I would advise you not use this company unless you are OK with not having access to your money thru the end of the year (or maybe even at all, ever). Well it's been good for a while, but now I've hit some substantial milestones in a game and they aren't showing up in my MoMos. I reached out to support days ago but they have yet to get back to me. I like this app I hope they don't turn out to be scammy when the higher rewards get ticked off (like the other ones do).
