As most recent reviews note, they have prevented users from cashing out, supposedly through December. Support's response so far has been canned empathy instead of any payout or resolution. I have lost all faith in this provider who seems intent on keeping everything you've earned. Not a big deal for a few dollars, but if you have completed a significant offer that you now can no longer do elsewhere, like Chime, you've been burned. Stay away from this company. All of their responses seem to be AI automated or at least copy paste showing they don't even care enough to interact with the people they've stolen from. Avoid. Edit: you are fully aware of my problems cashing out because you've turned off the feature for everyone. Publicly claiming empathy does not constitute reconciliation for paying what is owed.
It was ok for a little while. What I don’t understand is waiting over 2 months to cash out? Why would anyone use this site in the next 2 months then? Seems like the app is on its way out. Since Benjamin isn’t doing payouts I switched to free cash.com … much easier so far to earn money. AND you can cash out at $5 . Benjamin is a joke. If you can’t pay out, close the app until you do.
At first the app tells you to earn $25 before you can cash out. After achieving that, it then tells you, without any prior warning, that you can’t cash out until December 2025.And let me predict the bot response to my review:Hello (your name here),Thank you for your feedback! I earned near $30 on this app and tried to withdraw, only to find out Benjamin froze all payouts until December 3, 2025. That’s not normal. Even banks can’t legally block people from accessing their own money for months so why can Benjamin get away with it? A short delay for “maintenance” (a week or two) would make sense. But a 3-month freeze feels like stalling, holding our money hostage, or earning interest off user funds. And there are no other options no partial withdrawals, no gift cards, nothing. This isn’t Benjamin’s money. It’s OUR money. Until they prove they’ll actually pay in December, this app looks extremely fishy and untrustworthy. Be warned before you waste your time.
