I been using Benjamin about 2 to 3 years now and I woke up everything was fine, I did complete the streak and went back I was kicked out. I have 48 dollars and some change left in my account but I couldn't withdraw till December 3rd. I did nothing wrong for them to ban me at all. The updating messed me up like Caden did, it didn't kick me out r ban me but when the site got back up their points was worth less I had 60.00 ready to cash out when the site came back up my points was only worth 8 bucks. I have contacted Benjamin but no response I had plans for that money to pay one of my bills with it. Benjamin sucks to me now I know it's a big chance I won't get my account back but it's wrong for me to play all those games etc. And not get anything when it's a money making app.
I loved this app at first. It was consistent and paid out as promised. It was slow earnings, $1-$3 per day. Then they started making updates to the app that had caused a huge headache for everyone. Cash outs are frozen until December 3, and they also hold any earnings for 60 days as “pending” before they are added to your balance. I unfortunately went though a huge issue with them kicking me out of my account claiming I had “violated their TOS”. It took several sharply worded emails and this review (which has now been upgraded form 1 star to 3) for them to realize it was their fault and reopen my account. It was almost 2 weeks of not being able to earn anything, which sucks going into the holidays. Now we wait to see if we can cash out on December 3…
I recently just made it to $30 on the app and when I went to withdraw, I found out that all withdrawals are stopped. They supposedly come back on December 3rd, but after a bit of research, it’s highly likely that the company is planning to take everyone’s money and run. They never gave anyone any emails or alerts about shutting off withdrawals. They also encouraged users to hold onto their earnings because it would give them a higher chance of “winning a sweepstakes”. This “sweepstakes” appears to have been a facade to trick people into not cashing out so the company won’t have to pay. Not only that, they are now planning to bar users from any future withdrawals if their accounts have not been active in the last two weeks before December 3rd. What kind of slimy business practice is this? How can anyone give this company a good rating when they’re so obviously shady? Someone on Reddit posted their unobtainable earnings of $1500+ that the company will probably try to screw them out of because they appear to be going under. If you’re looking for an app to play games and earn money, for the love of god, avoid this app at all costs! Unless you’re a masochist who loves not getting paid for your time, beware! I don’t see myself getting that money that I’m owed, since support just gives you the runaround. So disappointing.
They NEED a disclaimer at sign up stating that you wont be able to cash out funds until 12/3, so that new users can make an informed decision. My balence is at $155 after I applied significant time, energy, & even $, so that I could reach milestones within the time they give to complete offers. I cant cash out because they're working on "great things!" Well, the GREATEST thing would be giving me my $ when I want it! We'll see if they fulfill their promise of 12/3, but i fear with the amount of people who will be cashing out that day that there's no way they'll be financially capable of doing so even if they intend to. I will update my review pending 12/3, either with praise, if they live up to their claims, or detailing my plan to report them to whatever agencies necessary to make sure a class action suit is filed against them! They have stolen my ability to complete these offers with platforms who actually pay out & this is just unacceptable.
Friend benefits are still pending after almost a month. Tried to cash out when I met the $25 requirement and cashing out is not available until December 3rd. Furthermore, I have received none of the bonuses for any of the purchases in the games. I am keeping my "streak" alive and considering what is holding for payout as extra Christmas cash but not counting on it. Moved my game playing over to Just Play where I can cash out to my Amazon account 8 times a day if I wish. Made more in a week there than an entire month at Benjamin. Only reason they got any stars was for the site being easy to use and their developers having good taste. Otherwise, this review would be negative ratings.
As most recent reviews note, they have prevented users from cashing out, supposedly through December. Support's response so far has been canned empathy instead of any payout or resolution. I have lost all faith in this provider who seems intent on keeping everything you've earned. Not a big deal for a few dollars, but if you have completed a significant offer that you now can no longer do elsewhere, like Chime, you've been burned. Stay away from this company. All of their responses seem to be AI automated or at least copy paste showing they don't even care enough to interact with the people they've stolen from. Avoid. Edit: you are fully aware of my problems cashing out because you've turned off the feature for everyone. Publicly claiming empathy does not constitute reconciliation for paying what is owed.
