I love all the tutorials. Especially how to add textures to animations and how to add human touch to them( for instance giving them a hand-drawn look) . I also like how Ben teaches building good habits along the way—for instance, labeling layers and changing label colors accordingly.
I’ve taken two of Ben’s courses, Master Motion and Design Breakthrough—both extremely useful, packed with wisdom and practical applications. Along with some of the workshops that complement the courses, I can’t recommend them enough. Get yourself into one and get ready to take your skills to the next level.
The course is awesome. You don’t just learn how to do the projects but new and faster ways to approach your work. I highly recommend it. The only thing I would suggest is more interaction between students and the teacher but I know this is hard in an online course
I’m an illustrator taking his motion design course, and it’s been such a great experience. The material is incredibly easy to follow, even if you don’t come from a motion background.He explains concepts in a very clear and structured way :) , breaking things down step by step so it never feels overwhelming. I especially appreciate how practical the lessons are you can immediately apply what you learn instead of just watching passively.The pacing is perfect, and the examples make everything much easier to understand. It really helped me feel more confident transitioning from illustration into motion.Highly recommend for anyone who wants to get into motion design in a simple, approachable way!
