Bad service

Have been send the wrong rug. When I emailed and called they said they couldn’t switch the rug with the correct one but I had to send the wrong one back and order a new rug myself (without getting my money back first) This rug I ordered originally was then out of stock. Very bad service. Will not order again.

Colour is completely off

Good quality, but I ordered a light brown rug and it arrived in a weird, faded pink colour. A waste of my money, especially considering i have to pay 20 euros in return fees now.
