I ordered a rug for my baby room, the website was easy and the delivery was super quick, I ordered on sale for a good price but the rug is a bit thinner than I excepted, I would have preferred it to be thicker but even so I kept it, it looks nice in the room and the size is just perfect.

Returning your order is a challenge

I love the Benuta website and its easy to order system. But for me, my last buy didnt work out. The carpet's colours appeared a lot different from the photo so I had to return it, but.. with this lockdown (no trips to the office and copy shops are closed) it's almost impossible to print out the required forms for returns. Many webshops include a return form at any order, this might help Benuta customers a lot.

Wrong product has been sent, it is impossible to reach any responsible person

I have ordered "Kindervloerkleed Wasbaar Inka Cactus Roze" but they sent "Kindervloerkleed Wasbaar Inka Wild Child". I have submitted a issue ticket and nobody replied it yet. Also they mentioned a customer service number, +49 228 9696 895 but it is always busy. This is very unprofessional company. In addition to this, manufacturing year of the wrong carpet is 2009. I guess they are selling old products with high discounts instead of throw these items to trash or recycle.Update 1: Finally someone replied back my messages and I've sent the wrong item back as free of charge. I'm waiting for refund.Update 2: I received the refund.
