Received compleatly wrong order including something my son was allergic too and all they could offer me was a 50% refund despite not received 100% of my order (still waiting for this refund). Update: Berry Bouquet have since refunded me my total order amount. I have awarded 2 more stars as we have had a resolution.
Easy to navigate website, with helpful advice.Team informed me straight away re change of delivery situation and kept in communication throughout.This was present for my mother and she was absolutely delighted and said how beautiful the arrangement was and the fruit was fresh and delicious!
Even though the arrangement was delivered earlier than I would have liked, I have to give 5 stars just based on the presentation, quantity and quality of all the fruit. My Mum loved it and we ate it over a couple of days. I will definitely use Berry Bouquets again when I need a different gift by post. Thank you
My first time ordering with Berry Bouquets and I have been delighted with the service, presentation and quality of the fruit. My order was a birthday gift (Berrylicious) and requested to be delivered to a separate address, on the day of the birthday which happens to be 2 days before Mothers Day, a busy time for this type of business. Ordering was easy and simple, with email communication efficient and informative. I was contacted by BB suggesting delivery would be the day before I had asked for, to ensure it was received in time for the birthday date. I was happy with this approach, due to the busy time of year, and who doesn't like receiving a birthday gift the day before!I ordered the small size and have received such positive feedback on the quantity and quality of the fruit, being ample for two+ people and the smaller size not affecting the impact and presentation in anyway. The quality of the fruit was on point and fresh, flavour exceptional (especially the strawberries which are always hard to find flavoursome out of season) and it had all been kept chilled during transportation. The packaging was very protective and ensured the presentation of the basket was kept. Thank you Berry Bouquets for your service and arranging delivery to ensure a delightful birthday was had. I will have no hesitation in ordering with you again.
Because I'm a fruit addict, my son sent me a Berry bouquet as part of my 70th birthday present.Oh my what a lovely present, this fruit concoction had chocolate dipped strawberries, some with chocolate and coconut, some with dark chocolate, and some covered in white chocolate. Pineapple, shaped like flowers with melon balls in the centre, grapes. It came arranged in a pretty container shaped like a bucket with birds and flowers. Container will be reused in the garden as a very enjoyable edible memory. You have got to try this, I certainly will send as a present to friends.
Superb service and very prompt in addressing 100% a concern that arose due to a delivery date mix up.My fiancee was having her foot operated on, in much pain following surgery, but thrilled and taken away from her situation when the fruit bouquet arrived. It helped alot. Thanks again.
