Excellent customer service and great gift that was very well received! I asked for some advice from an absolutely lovely person (I think called Sam), who helped me pick the perfect gift for what I needed--thank you for your kindness and patience!
Wouldn’t order again due to poor customer service.I ordered at 11am on a Friday for next day delivery (promoted on their site when you order by 3pm) - I needed a next day solution for a friend’s birthday. The item didn’t arrive until Monday. When I queried it they thought it should have been there on Sun but it should have been Sat as I ordered by 11am on the Fri. Delivery timescales are important when ordering for gifts and this just isn’t reliable. They said they’d look into what went wrong but 3 weeks later I’d heard nothing. I chased them up and they offered me a 50% discount. I said I didn’t need that but would appreciate a refund of the delivery charge as I paid for a service I didn’t get. It has been a week and again, nothing. I’ve given them every opportunity to make this right - even an acknowledgment of the problem, an explanation and an apology would be fine but nothing so I won’t order again. I think they’re manipulative because they promote a delivery timescale before ordering which isn’t guaranteed after the order is placed. Not good.
Received this morning and noted to consume within four hours which is a bit ridiculous.Look lovely but on opening, unimpressed skewers stuck into half a cabbage. Most of the undipped strawberries were soft and mushy and chocolate came off quite a few when gently removing from skewers to enable storage in fridge for later in the day.Overall my family in Australia who sent these for my birthday would be so disappointed with the quality.
Placed an order for a birthday surprise and the recipient was so pleased with it, she sent me a photo straight away! It looked fabulous and she'd never received anything quite like it, which made it extra special xx if you're looking for a very special gift to send, look no further - simply delicious - simply fabulous!
I ordered "Strawberry Sensation" for my best friend Helen's Birthday on 15/4/21 with a delivery by noon yesterday, 22/4/21, her Birthday.I telephoned to confirm it had been delivered. I was asked to email my request and was replied to within 10 minutes, confirming it had been delivered at 7.54 am !!!I went to see Helen in the afternoon, later that day. She opened the parcel when I got there, I hadn't seen her for months due to Lock down. I was impressed by how well it had been packed and she was stunned by the high quality of the strawberries and chocolate, and the pretty jug container it was arranged in.So we had a lovely afternoon, sitting in her garden, in the warm sunshine, with a couple of glasses of wine, eating the strawberries !!!She said it was the best present she'd had in years !!!It looked and tasted gorgeous, I will definitely be back, as this is a very special unique gift to give anyone, flowers and chocolate combined !!! And such excellent customer service and attention to detail.So many thanks to all involved, for giving Helen and myself a lovely afternoon !!!
Placed an order for a fruit bouquet and it was very easy to do. I needed to contact the staff by email after the order was placed and they responded super fast and were so helpful. The actual bouquet was amazing and very well received, it went down very well, demolished almost too fast!! The chocolate strawberries were a big hit and I'd definitely recommend adding those to the bouquet. Would definitely recommend berry bouquets for a special occasion or gift - goes down really well with the recipients! Thanks Berry Bouquets for all you do - great service, wel, done!
Just been contacted by a lady from Berry Bouquets and she was apologetic and keen to put thing right. .. As far as the unanswered emails go,Please give them a chance to get back to you. The issue I faced above was down to DPD, the delivery agent, and not Berry Bouquets. More than happy to recommend, I will certainly be purchasing this unique product again for family and friends. Five stars with pleasure.
I ordered a bouquet for my husbands birthday, they could not deliver it on the date even though it was on the receipt that they would, so I cancelled the order, this is 2 weeks later chasing them with emails which are not replied too, they haven't given me my refund so thats is £50 lost. I asked them for at least a courtesy email in reply but nothing. Finally i received a reply,they said that they had tecnical difficulties. the lady was really apologetic and gave me my refund and sent a beautiful bouquet as an apology. Thank you
Dpd really messed up the delivery dates for my order and attempted to deliver my parcel 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered. Berry bouquets were super helpful on email and offered to send a fresh bouquet the same day! Amazing communication and service, I’m happy! :)
