Staggeringly awful website. Constantly down for a start claiming 'no odds available' on, er, football and horse-racing! They have used the Responsible Gambling remit, not to limit the betting of those losing more than they can afford, but the betting of those who have a tendency to win. A thoroughly disingenuous and rotten approach, even by bookmakers' standards. And then the owners brag about how much money they've awarded themselves in bonuses. Vile.
Bet365 will freeze your account randomly for no reason (probably because you’re winning), then they will hold your funds until further notice while they “process” your account review. This happened to me twice now in a span of only a few months. The first time it took about a week for them to release my money. I am currently locked out for my second time & it has been 5 business days already & they are still “processing”. I suspect they are doing this to me because I am winning.
I should have read the reviews before joining bet365 lol. Just like everybody else. They took my money and excluded/restricted my account. It is literally legalized thieving. But hey.. 'this baseball game is brought to you by bet365'! What's next? School shooters and pedophiles sponsorships?
A company that operates illegally in every aspect, extorting information. The chat is unhelpful, the people are malicious, and there's been no response for days. If you start winning at sports betting, they'll close your account after a few bets.
