Awful place to play casino.... You can honestly tell it's massively rigged big bass you play each spin and it's very laggy and counter spins of a scatter would say to people say your money and don't bother £50 pound and not one scatter if it wasn't so rigged and didn't counter spin then I would of easily had 4/5 scatters worst betting app and company
£20 of my £30 deposit disappeared,I contacted Bet365 to be told it had been transferred to their gaming site,which I hadn’t done,they said their fraud team would investigate.I was contacted to say they’d found no evidence that my account had been hacked,I asked what game & what time it was placed,it was on Roulette at a time that I was at my grandsons party,I told them that was totally impossible,only to be told to take it up with the police if I’ve still got an issue.Totally shambolic investigation, & not interested in fraudulent activity on their website Don’t sign up with these cowboys
Joined yesterday, put in my debit information and placed bet. I lost,but played the bonus bets and won a hundred dollars. Now they won't pay me my money. Said they can't put it back on debit card. Won't take my banking information to draw out my money. Finally gave up. Keep the damn money, not worth the time. Stay away from bet365,they don't explain all the rules.
Bet365 has the best user interface of any betting site/app I've used. Even when I've hit my limit, I still use it to keep updated on scores and stats.However, after years of using their service with a very low and sensible monthly limit on my account, I get an email from them saying that my account has been closed following a management review. No warning or proper explanation - account closed and will "never be reopened."I completely understand that the bookie normally always wins, however it feels like they have accepted my business (money) and have now robbed me of any chance to win some of it back. To refuse to give any proper explanation is particularly infuriating.Their customer service is the worst of any company, gambling or otherwise, that I've ever come across. That's not me being bitter, that's the condescending tone of their emails and complete lack of rewards on your account which pales in comparison with just about any other competitor out there.Avoid using them. You will regret it.
Writing something bad about bet365 is like saying nothing at all. The company scams in every possible way. They extort information, use spy software, and manipulate verifications. I sent 2 documents, but they demanded 3. There is no respect for the customer, but what can you expect when they have a rating of 1.2 out of 5 stars, which speaks for itself. From the biggest bookmaker in Europe, the company has become a typical scam site that has a license only because those who granted it are no better.
Over a month ago, I provided my income details as requested. Since then, I have contacted customer service exactly 8 times regarding my account. One time I was told I needed to create a new account, but that didn’t work because the website says I already have one. Another time I was told to wait for the appropriate department to contact me.All this time, I have been unable to log in and therefore have not been able to check what I won on my sports bets. It now seems like the site is trying to avoid paying out my winnings. I find this platform extremely unreliable and I will be reporting it to the Dutch Gambling Authority, because something is clearly not right here.
