My experience with Bet365 has been terrible. I created an account for the first time, deposited money, and then had to wait a long time for verification. When I finally got access, the website barely worked – it kept loading forever, logging me out, and I couldn’t place any bets at all.After more than a week I contacted customer support, and that’s when I was told my account had been closed as a “trading decision.” I had never received any notice before. When I asked for the reason, they just replied that no further information could be provided and that I will not be able to use Bet365 in the future.This is completely unprofessional. They let people register and deposit money, only to block the account without any explanation. Bet365 does not respect new customers and offers zero transparency. I strongly do not recommend this company.
I have been a customer of Bet365 for many years. They give the impression that they take safer gambling very seriously. However based on my current experience this hypocritical. Bet365 strongly advised customers to use safer gambling tools and when you used it bet 365 discriminate against you when you return back. They will waive all yours promotions including free bets under the pretext of Players Protection. Well Bet 365 your action is not promoting safe gambling. On the contrary it deters customers from using the tools on the ground that they will discriminated and excluded from promotions. I took a self exclusion many years ago due to professional commitment. Since I returned back to bet 365 not only that I have been exempted/discriminated from promotions but also be subjected to frequent account suspensions and be referred back to their safer gambling team. Bet365 staffs appear not to understand the philosophy behind safe gambling tools. They treat all customers who have used the tool as having gambling problems and in the process discriminate against them. Clearly this does not seem right. In my experience Bet 365 uses safer gambling tools to inflict punishment on customers, who do not have a gamble problem, but who previously used the tool by stripping them of promotional benefits. Believe me Bet365 the way you use the safer gambling does not match the philosophy it was created for.
I would give them 0 stars for how their customer support deals with ex customers. Had an account years ago but at some point I decided to self exclude myself for some years. After that self exclusion time when I tried to contact them to ask if they could reopen the account they denied my request ( in other cases they managed to do it ) , on my second attempt to contact support they just decided to close the chat without any response, so it says a lot about how they deal with people on top of the fact that they make a fortune....at the end it's their loss...
couple of winning bets and immediatly restricted.apparently the owner is a billionaire.that tells you everything you need to know about the company.if your a born loser ,they will throw you all the offers and incentives under the sun.if you beat there markets on there ,they will offer you a 65p max bet restriction
Awful support system. I have contacted the chat 3-4 times and every time they are asking for details, give them that and after the answer is give me 2-3 min to find out what is happening and they are ending the chat . The customer support took an age to respond and i was eventually told my account is permanently suspended by review by management. And it will not work but they have my details, I asked to delete my details and they said as long as you are a member will keep your details and I've asked to delete my account at least I am not a customer anymore and he closed the chat .
Bet 365 have just reduced my super boost limit to £1 , I’ve won a few recently betting no more than £20 mostly double your money They offer the boost But it seems that your not allowed to win It’s just ok to lose No one wins in the long run and it is a form of entertainment while watching your sportI do gamble responsibility There actions are disgraceful Over the time period I’ve been with them I’m not showing profit But this year I’m in profit So let’s stop his win percentage on super boost And make is max stake a £1 Generally if you win on one bet you give it back on the next So why do this There a terrible company
Everything in this site is very strange, you can be on a hot game were it hits pretty regularly and out of the blue the game goes wacky to the point it has to be deleted and redownloaded you have to reinstall. Can’t get any answers from the company except that I have a gambling problem. ( ok that’s not an answer) but this is what I was told because I like to play but if I complain about there screwy site or manipulation of the site an I say that because it happens all the time. It took me awhile too figure out that they do this when a game starts to hit alittle to much,so when you redownload the site its a completely different game. I know it’s a random numbers but why is the game play changing because of it, it’s really hard to explained but the game play definitely changes. You would thing the game would play randomly were you left off but that’s not the case when it dose this, unfortunately it’s a completely different game just like you moved to the next machine if you can understand what I mean. Most people that play casino games can be labeled as a gambler that’s cool but this has nothing to do with me it’s your site that needs to be looked at real hard something’s not right.
