I was born in America but recently moved to the UK. I tried creating an account and had troubles verifying my location. After 45min on live chat, it was finally resolved. Then I go to register an account and I can't put my US number so I use a friend's UK number. When I click register, "an error has occurred" popup shows. I click register again and it says "It looks like you may already have an account". I try logging in, doesn't work. I try resetting my password and get an error message. I wait for a live chat for 15min then finally get one. Once confirming my details and phone number, they say an account has been found. 2 minutes later they tell me they have decided to close my account with no chance to reopen due to the "nature of my business", no clue what that means. I try to ask for an explanation, but Morgan W decides they want to close the chat, completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Wasted 2 hours trying to make an account for them to do that. Wouldn't waste my time on this crappy betting app.
