Review Time
After the suspension expired, I wanted to play again. However, when I clicked on a game, it was not possible to play, so I contacted support and was told to wait another 24 hours. After that time, it still didn’t work, and I was again told to wait 24 hours. After this second waiting period, it appeared as if I could play, so I deposited €50. But once the funds were on my account, I was again unable to play. To make matters even worse, I was also unable to withdraw the money. When I contacted support again, I was once more told to wait. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer.
Unreal , thought got hacked , talked to customer support like 10 times , gave all my information multiple times ,kept dropping my live chat sessions, they said they would call me and never did . Very disappointed after thinking I got hacked was unsettling and for customer service to treat me like that was brutal.
Firstly, I have noted that Bet365 has a Trustpilot rating of only 1.3. I think that some people have been overgenerous with their reviews. I have had my account closed, and they have flatly refused to give me a reason why. I am appalled that this bookmaker is allowed to continue trading and that the regulator has not stepped in. They are the most unprofessional business that I have ever had dealings with.
