I came to write a review after I received an email from Bet365 A DAY after I created my account with them. The email stated, "Due to the nature of my business, my account has been closed." I logged in, took advantage of a promo deal, deposited $30, made a bet for $5 then received bonus bets. I withdrew the remaining balance of $25 because (why did I need it on there?). I called customer service and was told, "I'm not privy to why they closed the account. My supervisors make those decisions, but I can forward the concern." Great. He spoke with them and their "decision was final," so I wasn't even able to use the bonus bets that I earned, as per the agreement when I deposited the money. Total scam, avoid Bet365. There are plenty of other good gambling apps/platforms who won't screw you over.
Complete utter waste of time. Never even used the website before , so tried placing a small £5 bet on a tennis match. I've never bet before in my life but rubbish 365 website wouldn't let me deposit anything, kept getting sd01 error. Chat to customer serice and no help, what a complete waste of time. I'll find another website, you crooks.
When attempting to place a bet on the masters, my account did not immediately recognise my bet and it looked like I hadn't had a bet. Then my account updated and it was clear my bet was duplicated which I did not want. The virtual chat was less than useless.
Don’t even try tried to make an account and it was immediately closed. They were saying I already had an account which I never did never used them until I seen their bet. Five get 150 promotion and we all know if they don’t want us to get that.
As a loyal customer of Bet365 for many years, I am deeply disappointed by the level of incompetence I’ve encountered. Despite my long-standing relationship with the company, their customer service team has consistently failed to address my concerns in a helpful and professional manner. Their lack of expertise and inability to resolve even straightforward issues have undermined the trust I once had in their services. It's frustrating and disheartening to see loyalty rewarded with such poor treatment.
i reopened my old account i now have to take screen shots to prove that my bets are ew so yesterday 2 of my bets were settled wrongly why i took 11to1 they payed at 5 to1 why is it they do not know how to settle bets or is it done3 deliberatley if every one loses 35 IN THERE BETS THATS A LOT OF MONEY THEY Take now i have to waite till they respoond its not right
