Well indeed were to start what a disgraceful company so I placed a yearly bet in the grand national I won just a small amount. After attempting to withdraw numerous times I was advised that my bank had declined to accept the funds back into my account as the bank card was invalid - Emmmm the exact same bank card that was used to make a deposit 3 days previously which was as debited immediately. I contacted my bank a major bank that is well known they told me no attempt had been made to deposit any funds into my bank using my card but that there was absolutely no problem with my card or bank account. So I again contacted this company who then advised I needed to withdraw using bank wire and they advised how I do this again no option or drop-down to enable me to add my details in which to make a withdrawal so once again contacted their chat and advised no option to add bank details. The agent then asked me to provide my bank details for which they would then do the bank transfer for me after providing these 3 times on 3 separate occasions I was then told that although they would attempt this my bank account does not exist 🤣🤣😜 so I requested a step by step guide while I was in my account to be talked through how and where I update my bank details as my bank account has been held for over 30 years it’s where my salary is paid and I pay mortgage council tax from etc I asked them to confirm my bank details back. I was then advised my bank does not exist and they had no other option other than bank wire they would not give me any different instruction to the previous which just does not have any option to add bank account details absolutely outrageous I have made a formal complaint took copies of each transcript have evidence from my bank that’s going to the ombudsman AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shameful
Best for early payouts, avoid using set parlays for football/soccer unless it's like two literally forwards to take shots on target and both teams to score once all are decent, withdrawals sometimes be all over the place but most reviews about them are horrible but it's usually due to Payouts, I won't go further into it unless requested but they're alright.

The excuse given was that I was ‘playing too much’They refused to lower my deposit limit as a solution and told me my account would be suspended for 6 months. Unprofessional customer support. All because I was winning money. So I closed this account and enjoyed the many other gaming sites found online.
