I have been waiting for my 350.00 withdrawl since August 12th. I get the copy and paste answers everytime I email or talk to live chat. I cant imagine being someone whos waiting on actual large payouts - i cannot suggest more to avoid any kind of business with betwhale.
Here we go again. This bullshit casino just won't pay out. They play with the odds. I can't win. Period. I won't play another dollar because of it. I have been trying to withdraw 1000. I would give it a lower number if possible. This is obviously a scam site. These clowns take 5-7 days to “ verify “ documents. More than likely to try to steal your identity or money. Then “if” you win. When you request a withdrawal. That takes another 5-7 day. Then once it gets approved. Another 10+ days for money to supposedly show up. So 24 days for a withdrawal. First time on this site I put $30 crypto (no bonus) after couple days I was up to $800. I would have cashed out at that point however the verification took 5 days so meanwhile I kept playing and betting higher with each spin. I hit $4000. Max withdrawal is 2500 btc. I redeemed that and after long waiting time they said they were pleased to send me 300 usd! They’re using their system and levels. They encouraged me to be more active playing and at another time the system could maybe generate a higher payout. Are you F serious? So does anyone have any ideas on this situation or what I’m to do.
