Avoid this Casino like the plague. They are a very shady company. Won $600 after completing a ridiculous 35x play through requirement. Requested the $600 redemption and was denied for the full amount and only given $300. I then again requested the remaining $300 and have been ghosted for it for over 3 weeks now. So while I did technically get paid something, it was nowhere near the amount I won and they will not pay out the rest. Company cannot be trusted.
Betwhale.ag Stole My Money....Account Blocked and locked out with over $2700 in the account balance. Received an email today from Betwhale.ag stating that account will not be unlocked or reactivated. And will not let me withdrawal the balance.
I like the book itself, great odds plenty of betting options with a cash out option that other books don't have. I will say the negative they are a day late and a dollar short when it comes to their payout. Never pay out the full amount request as well tedious 5+ days to receive payment. Now notified they will take 6-10 days to process payment because they are "backed up".

The doors on this place will close any day. They are doing every single thing they can to last another hour in business. They will steal debit card info, they will change their payout rules in the middle of the day. They will advertise 5 days for payouts and then make you wait months. Stop falling for this book. Yes they post great odds for a lot of events. But they can do that when they feel they don't have to pay customers when they lose!!! We aren't used to such a comically terrible sportsbook in America.
This site played for 3 days with results in line with a real casino, if not better. When attempting to cash out, the verification process takes several days; I went on to play a few hands while on the treadmill one night and suddenly every single hand lost; including almost 50/50 bets like blackjack and baccarat, or red/black roulette bets. While luck can change, having so many consecutive bets lose on an (almost) 50/50 bet is nearly impossible (try flipping a coin 10 times and getting heads everytime). I checked my email later that night; and I had received an email that my acct was approved for withdrawals approx 5 min before I began playing that night. Interesting that luck went from great to nearly impossible bad within minutes of the acct being eligible for withdrawal. Based on statistics and the timing; I’m convinced that this is a scam.
