Review Time
This is a total scam. They offer to give me a 200% deposit bonus for casino play. I never got the bonus, tried to take my $50 back out of the account and they told me I can't. I need to fill out a bunch of forms and take pictures of myself for them to review. None of this was mentioned when i signed up. Live and learn. It just makes you feel like an idiot for being scammed.
Total scam. Used the site for about a year, small limited payouts, which would take weeks. Used 2 credit cards during that year. Not used the site in a few months. Today I had to close both credit cards because of multiple fraudulent transactions raging from air bnb, rental properties in ny, Disney world. This is the ONLY place online or anywhere, which I have used the both cards. 100% these people.
I would give it NO STARS IF I COULD!! I was a high roller on this site and used to be in Love with it. Then just out of the blue I was cut off all of my playing coupons were cut off for absolutely no reason. I've spent 100's of thousands which most were lost lol, I guess that's a way for them to say THANK YOU. Really nice of them huh .....
I've had a good time playing here, but my recent withdrawal request has left me frustrated. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days, but today marks the 10th day since I made the request. When I check in, they claim they're overwhelmed with requests and can't give me a specific timeline for when I'll get my funds. Initially, they said 3-5 days, but now they're saying it takes 5 days after the request and an additional 5 days to actually receive it. Unfortunately, I won't be playing here again. It’s clear they change their rules as they go, which is disappointing.UPDATE*** After 14 days of waiting for my 495 withdraw, one excuse after another including they are short staffed, they are updating their payment system. Now, today I log in again to check the status and my withdraw had disappeared and 195 was put back in my casino account. I quickly requested the 195 and called support to see what happened to the other 300 there showed no record for and I was told they don't have answers and everything has been escalated and they will get back to me. BEWARE!!! This is a big rip off casino!
I don’t even want to give them one star. Worst online casino. That’s the only thing they’re great at. Being the worst. I’ve won twice on this site and both times have been a struggle getting paid. This last time though has been the worst. Won $2,000.00 and they took a week to only approve $500. Now it’s been over a week since they said the withdrawal was approved and going to be deposited and I’m still waiting. Please don’t make this mistake by playing here at this casino.
Have been waiting for a withdrawal since March 25th. They advertise 5 day processing. They also advertise 2500 max withdrawal. They reduced my last withdrawal to less after making me wait. Expect 2-3 weeks to maybe get 500 withdrawal. Don't be seduced by their 100% deposit match. They take forever to payout.
withdraws are max stretched out to 5 business days, and then it got approved and was told id recieve it in 72 hours and that timeline is passed. support told me to contact billing via email and havent gotten back to me. also prior to withdrawing, my documents to verify took days. my limits were cut to $30 on major sports after gambling insane on everything from casino to horses, all sports. i still havent gotten my withdrawal either. also its a 2500 max lol.. do not play here
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I won and have been waiting over a week for my Bitcoin payout and I was approved the full payout. Won’t provide hash id to prove they’ve sent it. This site absolutrly sucks. Scam artists. Do not use.
Don’t believe the 5 star reviews, they must be fake! It takes weeks to get your money when you withdrawal, they make up rules as they go, they state they have the best, most amazing bonuses, yet there are none and they said, “our system is undergoing an update so the bonus promotions are not currently working.” I have won on their games but it’s a headache dealing with them and like u said, they start throwing in rules like you can use this bonus 3 times a week, and then change it to only new players get the bonus, etc. They try to reel you in and then take it away.
