I posted a review of betwhale last April and it was positive. But after experiencing what others have been posting about their horrendous payout system, that they will keep insisting that it is in their "terms and conditions", I wish I could give them negative stars. After seeing how they stick with $500 and $300 increments, no matter how much balance you have, and 1 payout takes 10 days to fully complete, this is obviously a trick so that customers end up losing their money eventually whatever is left each payout. I had thousands in my balance and I had to find a way to get all my money quickly because betwhale might be a sinking ship. So here's what I did just to get my money out of betwhale. I bet on sports, I bet my pick on mybookie or betus, and then I place an opposite pick on betwhale hoping I would lose on betwhale and win on mybookie or betus just to get my money transferred over to mybookie or betus. And YES, I was sacrificing losing on juice just to get my money out of betwhale. Took me a while to finish it because I sometimes won instead on betwhale. But eventually, I emptied my money on betwhale by doing this. I would sometimes play live casino roulette that betwhale and betus both uses, again, placing bets on both sites hoping I lose on betwhale. Folks, don't even try to join betwhale. And if you are still a customer, I really suggest you start pulling your money out and move somewhere else. So many other reputable sites. Betwhale will give you the worst payout experience ever. Save the headache.
I am writing to lodge a complaint against BetWhale (operated by Wonder Play N.V., License No. ALSI-122310020-F16, issued by the Government of Anjouan) regarding unresolved winning bets and lack of customer support resolution. From 11/08/2025 - 15/08/2025, I placed several bets with BetWhale which resulted in winnings. However, despite the bets being clearly completed, BetWhale has not graded them. I repeatedly reported this issue to their customer support (First time report on 14/08/2025 ) and emailed them asking for an update each day after . Their only response has been to blame “technical issues,” without offering any reasonable explanation or timeframe for resolution. As of today, more than 7 days have passed since my original complaint, and my bets remain pending. This has caused significant concern that BetWhale may be withholding legitimate winnings in breach of fair gaming practices and licensing obligations. Summary of Issues: Winning bets not graded and left pending for over 7 days. Support responses limited to “technical issues,” with no explanation or timeframe for resolution. No communication on when winnings will be credited to my account.I have evidence include screenshots of pending bets & Copies of support correspondenceI request that BetWhale:Immediately grade and settle my pending winning bets.Provide an explanation as to why the settlement process has taken so long.Give assurances that other players will not face the same issue in the future.I am posting this complaint publicly because private support channels have not provided a satisfactory resolution. I urge BetWhale to address this matter promptly and fairly.
It used to be a much better experience but lately nothing is the same. Bonuses are not given or accidently not put on your account. I couldn't receive free spins that I earned because I had a pending withdraw? That should definitely not matter and it wasn't in the "rules". They seem to make up the rules as they go and when you ask about an issue they NEVER solve it or even attempt to. I have played a lot but it's a waste to continue. Disappointed that it changed for the worst.
I have not had a horrible experience, I really enjoy the different games. So far everyone I have talked to has been relatively kind. I had to get my account verified which they said would take 5 days and it took exactly 5 days... I submitted a withdrawal of 450 dollars on Aug 1st. Because that was a weekend they did not start processing it until mon the 4th. Bad timing on my end I suppose.after reading these reviews I am definitely a little bit nervous about whether or not I'm going to get it at all 😩 I'll keep you posted. And hopefully after my first initial withdrawal process it will go a little quicker
Everything about my experience here has been amazing. There are plenty of games to explore, verification is quick and withdrawals are incredibly fast even the first one went through right away. This is easily one of the best new gaming platforms I have joined in a long time and I highly recommend it.
I sure wish I would've read the reviews beforehand and I usually do. But my dumb self took the article reviews to be true. Won't do that again. They don't give you your sign on bonus and you won't win a thing that's worth the time or money you'll spend playing. The game selection is big but so useless and crappy games. Do yourself a favor and skip this scam bullshit gambling site you'll be glad you did.
Run! Don't walk!! They lure you in with huge sign up bonus and then you have to burn through 30,000 wager points to ever start earning real money. They take forever to verify you so you can cash out! I am still waiting!! This site is not run well. I would advise you try somewhere else!!
