The games and deposit were easy actually great I loved the games and site was easy to navigate. Then I won and I am by no means rich or not even real comfortable 2 kids disabled so had couple bucks to have fun with i did and I hit decent enough for me. Go to cash out at 80.00 can't 150.00 min withdrawal. Well I had no choice played and got to the 150. I then had to get verified and same photos of stuff I used on every casino were regected I had to submit things over a week and half then finally get verified after basically providing the contents of my soul for it I put my with drawal in for 150.32 It said it would be processed shortly and I find out well here and there terrible and rude support people like usually will get to in 5 days business days so basically I win and its gonna take a month to get a staggering 150.32 it's almost like not worth it. I called they were the rudest support people ever basically said well if ya don't have that you won't get your money we can keep it. I just want my 150.32 and I wanna go and be done with that place terrible it's sad cause if it wasn't the worst support and withdrawal tones weren't decades it would be great like never ever had this much trouble anywhere. These are just scammers!! I have a large sum of money on my account, I provided them with all the necessary documents, I DID NOT REFUSE verification, I waited for the verification results for a whole WEEK, and now they tell me that they cannot verify my document!!! Because it is not in English, you see... although their rules do not state ANYWHERE that the document must be in English only. I completed my rollover, I fulfilled all the requirements and documents.Then requested a payout. - They made me wait a full 7 days in pending/requested status. - After a week, they said, we can give you 60% in 3-5 days. However, now they limit amount of withdrawals, and then add fees for additional withdrawals (which they forced) then want to start the process all over again. Probably another 7 days waiting before they even review it. its hitting 3 weeks just to get my money out after i completed every hoop they set. - They that are "not sure" if they will let me actually empty my account. Betwhale has proved on many occasions that they should not be in service. They constantly scam people out of paying out the full amount they owe. Also, today I made a deposit, and currently there are no bets able to be placed on the site and customer service (specifically a worker name Ramona) blocked me from chat because I kept trying to get an answer. Been asking to speak to someone higher up scenes I’ve been playing on this app I’ve been on here over a year and have had multiple problems during playing I sports bet there clock has been behind and I’ve lost due to it I’ve played over 20,000 maybe more I’m a heavy player you would think I would get some kind of high treatment don’t customer service is horrible. They never fix my issues and this continues to go on. I’m stupid to keep playing with them. I would not recommend anyone and the withdrawing.
