Betwhale is one of the few websites to continuously give out good bonuses for every deposit. The delay is a few days to get approved and then bitcoin sent. It is true that large withdrawals take some time, but I have gotten $700+ out many times. If you can find a website that gives these bonuses and rollover, please let me know. I will continue to use and enjoy Betwhale!!!
I enjoy playing casino games(Slots) at BetWhale. The issues occur when you win and want to withdraw money. I use a credit card to make deposits to my account. I choose “credit card” when making withdrawals. On one of my initial withdrawals, it showed my withdrawal to add money back to my credit card was declined. Funny, they have never declined taking my deposit. The funds eventually were wire transferred to my bank. I had a couple of withdrawals to my credit card that were paid quickly. Interesting thing is the payment was several smaller transactions which totaled the amount I withdrew. I have been waiting about three weeks for my last two withdrawals. Again, chose credit card which was then changed to wire transfer. Customer service states they are having some issues, but my winnings are safe. I don’t complain when I lose money. However, I want to be paid timely when I request my winnings.
Has anyone not gotten paid ? Or it just takes 2/3 weeks? I been playing here few months first two deposits busted out then finally was able complete rollover cashed out $630 it took 7 days to approve because w/e do not count then another 5 days till it showed up in my wallet . Now I just completed another rollover submitted $1650 withdraw on Sunday was approved Thurs now the wait till they send to my btc wallet again . Everytime I send emails live chat same bullshit delays . It seems to me that they are running a book on limited funds and have to wait for new deposits to payout what other reason it takes so damn long !!
I deposited $30 which was the min. I took out $150 from my winnings. They said 10 days for it to show up in your account. I withdrew 02/11/2025 and til this day 03/02/2025 still nothing. They robbed me and everyone else who complained. They need to be shut down permanently.
Betwhale has stolen $1000 from me. First they changed the rules of a wager after i had already placed said wager. When i reached out to them their team continued to gaslight me instead of actually facing the cold hard truth. Secondly i had a $500 withdraw (that took 10 days to process) once i got the approval email it said the bitcoin payment would be sent within 48 hours. Here i am typing this 4 days later with now payment. Double checked my wallet address and everything. I made no mistakes. The only mistake i made was using this absolutely god awful sports book. DO NOT USE THIS BOOK. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS THAT RUN A SCAM VIA SPORTSBOOK.
I withdrew almost $600 almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my btc. I’ve withdrawn from them before and received my money even though it took a week. But this is insane. Starting to think they’re going to keep all of my money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!
I was really hoping this company was going to be legit. I have sunk a lot of money into the site. I did all the verifications they asked me to do. Some of them multiple times. And I won a large sum of money once I went through a whole boatload of playthrough money. So I went to withdraw 2500 bucks (out of a possible 4k+ I had sitting in my account free and clear). That process was started on 2/21. I was told up to 5 business days for approval of withdrawal and then 5-10 days to receive via wire transfer into my account. I got the approval on day 5 of course. And then waited, and waited for the deposit into my account. So now it is well past the time limits and I just keep getting run around answers like, something they are either working on or trying to reiterate it "takes time," and yet, I have seen other reviews post they got their money within 3-5 days. I am completely beside myself. I was put on disability for a month or so and worried about money (bc you don't get crap for that) and figured oh, hey, I'll be okay bc I'm getting $2500 any day now from betwhale. Am I never going to see this money? I'm so sick of getting the run around. Save yourself the headache and use a US based company. It's sad, too, bc I do like a lot of other things about it and I like a lot of the games. And I felt like I could actually win. And I did. I paid the enormous playthrough amount and somehow came out on top and I still have nothing to show for it. So my review is to stay away from this site. You will not get paid and if you do, please tell me what the trick is bc I would really like my money!
I’m not sure where to even start. Did a deposit of 250 made it thought he rollover. I currently still have a pending withdrawal for 1500 and no one will help said their policies have changed and they still have approved my payout it’s been 10 days. Only message I received was as that it’s a high payout and I may have to get it in small increments which is insane to me. I do not feel safe with my funds and the timeframe of which is has taken me to get paid is already over a week. I have the feeling I may not get paid at all. If I could post all the screenshots from the emails and customer service chats in here I would. Go somewhere else where you will get your winnings they are a scam. To this day on day 10 since request I have not got 1 dollar and they will not let me talk to a supervisor or manager because it’s a different department that players are not allowed to talk to. Betwhale has a good platform and nice bonus offers. Besides that, they are a total headache and a waste of money. The first issue I encountered was sports betting being limited. I went from being able to bet 0-$1000 easily when I first signed up. I was on a hot streak. I hit a $1000 bet and then that same day hit 2 $150-$200 NBA bets. The next day I couldn't bet more than $50 unless it was -190 odds then my limit was raised to $120. With a 10x rollover for a $22500 wager only betting $50 a bet is a struggle. Either way, I did it and only lost maybe $400 worth of the sign-on bonus, no big deal. I go to withdraw after doing the account verification. The limit is advertised as a $2500 max. I decided to do $2000 and leave $500 in the account to play with at their casino games. Only $750 was approved out of my $2000. It took 10 days for me to receive the money as well, 72 hours after the promised time to receive it. They only sent the funds after contacting support over and over again and approving my next withdrawal of only $500 from the $2100 I requested. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for online sportsbook options after all the headaches. Don't deposit money at all unless you wanna arbitrage it for a 1 hit wonder but you gotta get real lucky cause if it wins and you bet a lot, you won't get any money back anytime soon.
