Same criticisms as everyone else. 1) They give you a big bonus with huge rollover then severly limit your bets so you can never reach it to get a payout. This is followed by lame excuses on customer service that say your bet limits are related to not betting enough.2) Super slow payouts that eventually get limited to $500 despite higher posted withdrawal limits. It took me 2 months to withdraw about $5500 in winnings. I'm finally able to get out! They do have a lot of bets with good lines... but if you are a sharp bettor they make it impossible to take advantage of them.
Like many other reviewers noted, Betwhale puts an insane minimum when you can withdraw. I forget how much I initially deposited, but it wasn't much. I basically wanted to do little $5-$10 bets on sports games. But I have to wager over $1,000 before my non-bonus balance is over $0. Basically, I have to win a large number of bets before I can withdraw a single penny! I don't understand why this site is so highly rated on sportsbook websites. They are probably getting some nifty referral bonuses to not mention the withdrawal policies.
Won a large slot jackpot. They will never pay. They start by giving you 500 a week and drop the amount from there and increase timeline. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have all proof on my phone. They legit owed me $40K! Then after a couple weeks they would NOT pay more than $300 every FEW weeks. STAY AWAY. I’m a high stakes slot player with multiple casinos and this one is a SCAM. Would take years to cash out $40K!
