I have yet to receive my aligners but the process so far has been very easyFrom the outset, I was dealing with Mel and she was super helpful in answering any questions and also very responsive and friendly! I am now just waiting for my aligners to arrive. I can't wait to get started 😊
I started my Bitesoft journey over a year ago and am VERY happy with the final results. The technology used allowed me to visualise what my smile would look like overtime with the all day aligners. Fortnightly check ups were made a breeze using the app and the ability to message your dentist via the app is a game changer. I cannot recommend this highly enough, I have gained so much confidence from this experience.

Since embarking on my bitesoft co journey I have been very happy. Communication has been fast and easy, I received my aligners in a timely manner and I loved the little toothbrush pack that was sent also. I am on my 6th aligner so roughly 12 weeks and ive had no problems at all, I would highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with Bitesoft. They make big promises about their product, but unfortunately, they fail to deliver. Despite following all their instructions, I saw no results. It simply doesn’t work as advertised. I wouldn’t recommend Bitesoft to anyone looking for a reliable solution. They keep trying to change my plan to make the product straighten my teeth, but nothing works. They are refusing a refund.
I have a pretty busy work and study schedule. Jaccy found a time that suits me and communicated everything clearly and made my whole experience a breeze! Cant thank Jaccy enough for her help and guidance and answering all my questions so professionally :)
