Waste of money! Very misleading! Be prepared to continue paying money if you decide to use BiteSoft. I got to the end of my treatment, used all my moulds and didn’t have the teeth they showed in my initial projection. To my shock they said if I wanted to continue treatment I needed to pay more money. In disbelief, I sent them the initial projection and said my teeth aren’t anything like what you said they would be after the treatment, why should I have to keep paying money if the treatment hasn’t done what you promised it would do..? They were rude, unhelpful and did not care about loosing me as a disgruntled customer. They blamed me for not taking photos during the treatment but it was actually them that delayed the process by taking a month to send out the next set of aligners.. Total waste of money! I highly advise you not to proceed with this treatment, be prepared to pay way more than what the initial fee is! This is a total rip off and my teeth have not changed at all!
