Bitesoft has made me the most confident I have ever been ! Even though I am only onto my second aligners my teeth have changed so much already, the support has been above and beyond I am looking forward to seeing what my teeth will look like at the end of my treatment 😊
REPLY TO COMMENT: I did many, many scans so to say you never received any is a lie and to suggest I never wore the aligners is so unprofessional when I got all the ‘badges’ you get in the app for submitting scans. I completed 10 months of aligners with minimal results. This reminds me of when you said I never emailed the company and I have heaps of emails back and forth with Emma. You would literally take weeks and weeks to send aligners delaying the process, then blame me for being a day or 2 late with scans. My dentist advised not to use this service as it will do more harm than good. People…. Don’t waste your money. The company will deny you sent scans, emails etc just to get out of having to provide the service and results they promise. I had already posted a review, which bitesoft asked me to take down if they fixed the problem - which they have not so I'm putting up a new one.DONT DO IT! there are too many loop holes for the company to pass blame onto you for it not working.For example:Miss a scan for being unwell.Too unwell to wear the aligners - tonsillitis, saw gums, mouth ulcers.Good luck if you get Gastro - you should still wear you aligners vomiting or not.You are expected to wear the aligners no matter what and if you don't - null and void.My dentist was not impressed and also advised this is not a good product and will do more damage than good. I advised Bitsoft this and provided my dentists contact details for them to discuss.Bitesoft basically advised I have no results due to missing scans or not being able to wear when very ill with a swollen throat and glands (I was told its still safe to wear so you should be)I would then get passed from one person to the next, I would ask for updates and be advised Ill have someone get back to you urgently and they never did. Then I would be passed onto someone else who would advise I never emailed and they have checked spam etc - calling me a liar when I have ALL the emails.At first I would do the mold impressions and it was perfect and they could use them.When I questioned why I have no results at the end of my treatment I was asked to do extra molds - I would do mold after mold and be told - this is done incorrectly do it again. The company then advised you can start paying for these extra molds because you aren't doing it right. Interesting that all of a sudden the molds were incorrect.I followed it step by step perfectly every time.Save your money for a bit longer and go with a dentist. You get what you pay for and will most likely end up with more expensive problems down the track to fix because of these aligners.Do your research - check all the 1 star reviews before you spend your hard earned money.At the end of the day they offer no guarantee for their product and they have so many loop holes to ensure they are never to blame if you do not receive results.That's money for me down the drain, a huge waste of time and an awful experience.
The company was very responsive and helpful when I initially applied for treatment. Originally, I wanted braces, but due to work and cost considerations, I decided to go with aligners instead. However, once they received my payment, I didn't receive much customer care unless I specifically asked for it and they were pretty basic things. You can also only contact via email which is quite slow and takes a long time to get the point across. My aligners didn’t even come with instructions, so I had to guess how to use them and then request an instruction manual. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I was a teeth grinder while sleeping, which led to breaking many aligners. Just be aware of that. Additionally, when I compared my aligners to those of other people, I noticed the sharp edges and poor quality.Due to my job, I had to wear my aligners for extended periods. Unfortunately, the company didn’t adequately explain the downsides of wearing plastic on your teeth for 22 hours a day. I wasn’t well educated on how the acid from the aligners and carbs could contribute to worse cavities. After 1.2 years of what was supposed to be a 6-month treatment, my dentist advised me to stop wearing the aligners. Also, the aligners didn’t come with retainers; I had to buy those separately. As a result, my teeth have reverted to their original positions, and they’re now in worse shape than before.I wish the company had checked in more regularly to see how things were going. While I could have been more organised and proactive with my treatment if I had the chance to do it again, I would pay triple to have the treatment done in a proper clinic.
I always wanted to straighten my teeth but could never afford braces and as I got older didn't want them. A friend introduced me to bite soft and it has been the best and easiest process ever. From the beginning it has been very straight forward. All my questions were answered quickly via the app and it was a super fast process. The price point is what drew me to do this in the first place and the whole process was super easy fast and most importantly affordable.
The whole process was so easy and extremely convenient. The staff were so friendly and helpful with answering my questions. My treatment took about 5 months I was very pleased with my final results. I’m a year on and still very happy. Would highly recommend BiteSoft Co if you are considering it.
I started using bitesoft last year as I noticed my teeth had changed over time. When I first got my alingers I had them in for 22 hours day it did take me while to get used to them but after a week I no longer noticed them and no one noticed I had them in whist at work and I would Take them out when i ate.Once my treatment had finished I purchased the retainer to keep my teeth in place. Through the process the customer service has been great and I had regular contact with Emma during my treatment and would highly recommend bitesoft.
